What's up everybody, it's Cody. I'm here at the Beverly Apartments. This is the very first 12-plex I ever bought with a signature, bought the seller finance 2019, 3 years ago, and I'm just completing some of the very first remodels I've actually done on the property. This is the kitchen, and this is a 700 square foot, 1 bed, 1 bath apartment. The 2 beds are up above. We've got a big pantry space, bathroom on your right, stone countertop, and then the green tub is actually my favorite part of it. And then we're walking into the one bedroom. Just behind this wall we've got laundry, and this is the new apartment.
