Christian Osgood left CoStar Group two years ago and started Multifamily Strategy with Cody. They now own nine residential buildings in Grant County, Washington, making them the largest multifamily property owners there, though they hold only 2% of the market.

2 years ago, I was working for the CoStar Group. They own Apartments.com, LoopNet. They're the largest aggregator of commercial real estate data. Today, a little less than 2 years after I left, my business partner Cody and I are now the largest multifamily owners in Grant County, Washington. Check it out. There's our company on the top, Multifamily Strategy. Notice we don't have the largest market share, 2% total, but 9 total buildings. We're growing really fast.
