We signed for the Resort!! Seller financed Robin Hood Village Resort

Cody, Christian, and Brandon signed a seller-financed deal for Robin Hood Village Resort, a $4.2-$4.5 million property built in 1934 by Walt Disney's original set designer. They've built most of their portfolio through seller financing, including a six-plex with zero down and no bank loan.

What's up, YouTube? This is Cody. I got Christian and Brandon. We got the full team out here. We just signed today for the Robin Hood Village Resort, which is right over there. We're in Union on the Golden Mile. We're the broke neighbors on the block. We got the Gates right over there. We got Jeff Raikes, which is Microsoft, right next to that. And then the Nordstroms are somewhere over there. But we're super excited because we have officially signed. The owners are signing on Monday, and we're ready to rock and roll. But the reason we're so excited is because the story is worth more than the real estate. We've talked about that on the channel in the past, and the story behind the Robin Hood is next freaking level. Christian, what are your thoughts on everything that's going on right now?
This is crazy, even for us. This is the biggest piece of our story. You have a resort here built 1934 by Don Beckman, the original set designer for the Walt Disney Company.
It's crazy.
Non-repeatable. If you're trying to build your real estate empire, you're trying to pick up some properties— like, we started buying multifamily, we started mid-size, 12-plexes, duplexes. Yep. Bought a 38, which was significant. Yeah, it was a great deal. This is a $4.2 million seller finance sale. $4.5 million. $4— yeah, there's like $4.5 million.
I'm the math guy.
Seller-financed sale. This is completely different. None of the properties we have came with a doc like that.
If you want to buy real estate, you want to build legacy, you can do it without a bank. And we're here to share that with you. Everything we've done outside of one little sixplex was seller-financed, and we bought that one little sixplex without a bank loan and without any money down. So if you want to build a portfolio, you want to build a legacy, set out your goal. Build out the steps to get there and go make it happen. So, this is Cody and Christian and Brendan.
What's up?
We'll see you on Saturday, which is tomorrow, for episode number 5 at the Robin Hood Village Resort.
