What is your number one takeaway from the Robinhood Creative Finance event? So the biggest takeaway I think is the community and networking with them outside and learning about their successes and their experience with you as a mentor. You are really genuine, you're really honest, you're really helpful and really want to help your students succeed. Put yourself around the people doing the things that you want to do.
Coming to this event has just reignited my passion. Best part is Being surrounded by other people that are moving in the same direction and want to do the same thing, and just everybody encouraging each other, and it's a great support network. And yeah, just moving, moving forward at much more rapid rate than I would by myself.
Learning how to find deals and how to create owner relationships, broker relationships, and then secondary being how to finance those deals once you found them.
You've got to get from calling brokers and getting brokers calling you back and getting you into their, their warm market, giving you properties that are off market. Get into the area that you want to invest in and find owners.
This is something that is easy to do as long as you get past the sticking points, which Christian has shared with us and helped us over. And he has shared his wins as well as his losses, where we can actually scale, how to scale and make it happen.
