You guys have been asking about my original partner, Cody Davis, and what really happened in our partnership. So I wanted to share some of that. I've actually spent over $1 million de-partnering from this guy over here. Turns out I'm still here. You can still be friends and we're still partnered on millions and millions and millions of dollars of projects. Yeah, one of our deals just appraised for $2.64 million this week. We both shared a goal of independently being wealthy, which means we don't actually own every project together. Forever. This is still one of my very good buddies. Together in the last 3 and a half years, 3 and a half, we've made over $10 million together. It's more than $1 million. That is more than $1 million. That's not including all the money we made our partners. That's just the money we made in our partnership. This has been a very amazing partnership. We just don't own everything together. We only own a lot of millions of dollars of stuff together now instead of a ton of millions. We owe $8 million together instead of $30 million. There we go.
