Cody explains why he created TheMultiFamilyStrategy.com. Early on, he struggled to find good mentorship in multifamily real estate, so he learned from multiple industry experts and pieced together their advice. Demand from other investors led him to consolidate everything into one platform.

Hey Cody, why did we start themultifamilystrategy.com? Well, when I got started, I didn't have great mentorship. I had to go out and meet with masters of the game and go get the takeaways from everybody and piecemeal it together.
