Christian Osgood says feeling stuck is usually a scaling problem, not a linear one. Skip the intermediate steps. If you want 30 units, buy 30 units at once instead of working up incrementally. Jump straight from A to B.

If you're stuck, the major things that you need to look at is, is the problem just a scaling problem? Because that's where I was stuck. I'm like, I'm thinking like a 9-to-5er. I think I have to get qualified or I have to have money to do something instead of just breaking apart and go, how would we hit this goal? What would it look like if we actually just did the thing that I want to do without adding steps? So you go, what are the minimum steps to get from point A to point B without skipping any necessary steps? And let's go do that. You want to get to 30 units? I recommend buying 30 units. In one shot. If you want to get to 100 units, buy a 100-unit building, or since a lot of institutions really like buying those and you have heavy competition, buy 2 50-unit buildings. That's a pretty efficient way to get to 100 units.
