Cody's 13-unit building renovation is nearly done. The new basement apartment will be a 700-square-foot one-bedroom with a wraparound kitchen and walk-in closet. Sheetrock, texturing, and priming are complete.

Back at Cody's 12-plex/13-unit. What's new here, Cody? Well, it's all sheetrocked, textured, and primed. Super stoked. This is going to be a new 1-bed, 1-bath apartment, about 700 square feet. Dude, that's a heck of a closet here for a little basement conversion. Should get the job done. Walk-in closet, 1 bed. Well, then what are we doing over at the, uh, the kitchen side? The kitchen's gonna be a little wraparound kitchen, so we're gonna have cabinets in through here. There's gonna be where the sink is, have the stove, and then the fridge is gonna be in this corner. Dude, this is coming along. Congratulations. Excited.
