Christian Osgood quit drinking and cut his sleep from 8.5 hours to 6.5–7 hours, gaining an extra hour and a half each night. He uses mouth tape to sleep even less, giving him more time to work and feel sharper overall.
I stopped drinking years ago. Productivity through the roof. I get more sleep without alcohol. I used to need a full like 8.5 hours of sleep. I feel just as rested as 7. I get a whole nother hour and a half for my workday. I'm not going to lie, with the mouth tape I've been using, shout out to hostage tape, I only need 6.5, 7 hours. Well, there you go. Anything you can do to increase sleep, by the way, like anything, like sleep quality. Yep. You feel better, you're smarter, you're faster, and you have more time. If you, if you literally need less sleep, you get so much more time in the workday. You wake up earlier, go to bed later. It's awesome.
