All right, Caleb, we're at your new 25-unit. Talk to us about location. What are you looking at when you were shopping for this particular deal? Yeah, location is super important. Stephenville is a growing town. College just went D1 recently, growing like wildfire, grew 10% just the last year. And we're looking for good infrastructure around. We've got a Walgreens literally right here. We've got CVS right behind this fourplex, more commercial down that way on the main highway. This is where you want to be. Make it happen, guys.
