Christian Osgood and Cody split their partnership into two companies. Cody focuses on acquiring properties while Christian handles property management and third-party services. Christian is looking to manage multifamily properties in Grant County and parts of King, Pierce, Thurston, and Kitsap counties.

Cody and I are over. The partnership is broken. It is done. Adios, Cody, I'm out. Just kidding. We separated one company because Cody's gonna focus on buying, I'm gonna focus on managing. We're actually doing more third-party. If you want property management and you're in Grant County, parts of King County, Pierce County, Thurston County, or Kitsap County, DM me. I would love to talk to you about managing your multifamily property. Really excited for the next adventure.
