Real estate investors who build transparent relationships with banks gain access to lines of credit that fuel rapid growth. The speaker credits bank financing with scaling his business as much as syndication deals, and emphasizes that openness with lenders unlocks both creative seller-financing options and the leverage needed to expand.

Relationship, transparency, communication. The more you can peel back the curtain, show them everything, I think the better position you'll be. You want to be able to play both sides, creative financing with sellers, seller financing, and you also want to be able to pull the lever of banks. You want to be able to get lines of credit. Banks have allowed me to grow just like syndications allowed me to grow at a much more rapid rate versus if I didn't have access to the banks that we have access to.
