It's exactly what everyone needs to hear. Simplicity. If it is simple, it's repeatable. If it's repeatable, it's scalable. If you're trying to build a business, scalability is everything. You have something that you can do again and again and again, continue to get better. You have less unknowns every time you do it, but you have sustainable things that are simple to set up, simple to maintain, which means you have a business that can scale more or less infinitely. You can make this business the size that you need to make it because you kept it simple.
