Welcome to pageproof's fresh new Features, where we share the latest updates designed to help your team review smarter and approve faster. Let's start with what launched in October and November, we've made it easier to pick up where you left off. Pageproof now remembers your preferred sort order in the comment pane. Whether you sort by newest, oldest or comment number. For example, the next time you open a proof, your chosen view will be just the way you like it. Scheduled proofs let you choose exactly when a proof is sent, whether you're working late into the night, finalising creative over the weekend, or simply want to time your feedback requests. Scheduled proofs ensures the proofs are sent exactly at the right moment. This new feature is available on Teams plus and Enterprise plans. Finding proofs fast is available wherever you are in pageproof, using the Global Search type the forward slash on your keyboard to apply quick filters that let you narrow results instantly, and advanced filters that give you the power to remember refine your search even further. Narrow results by date, user role, and more, helping you get straight to what you're looking for. You can now compare the same proof in compare mode, perfect for checking consistency within a document. For example, review a table of contents against page headings or ensure design elements align across pages. Page Proof Celebrations Think Confetti pops Themed icons and special effects have long added a bit of joy to the review experience. Now team admins and users have the option to turn these effects off if they prefer a quieter dashboard. We've added a handy checkbox to the Collection sidebar that hides archived proofs by default, so you can easily focus on what's active. If you'd like to see archived proofs too, simply check show archived proofs that are archived Display a dashed grey border around the tile. Proof owners can now receive an email each time an approver in the final workflow step approves a proof. This notification includes the approvers decision, the message to owners if provided, and how many approvals are still required before the proof receives final sign off. A simple way to stay across approvals without monitoring the proof in real time. That's just a glimpse of what's new in Pageproof over October and November.
