Good afternoon, everyone. I hope you are all having an incredible day. I'm coming at you this afternoon. I've had a really, really busy day. I hope you all have as well. And I just wanted to touch base with everybody to see how you're doing. It's been over a week now that we have been stuck inside. Some of us completely quarantined, some of us just part way here in Oklahoma. We can still go to the grocery store if we need to and a few things like that. But for the most part we are staying home and clear contact with people, trying to do our due diligence and listening to what all of the experts say. But I just wanted to touch base with you all today to see how you are doing. I honestly, I believe that something incredibly awesome, amazing is going to come out of all of this. I know it's really hard when you listen to the news and you hear all of the things happening. And I just want this to be a reminder for you. Be in control of what you feed your mind with. Think about how many times are you listening to the news. I want you to start pinpointing the what may be triggering you if you start to feel kind of down and feel like things are not going very well. Gosh, if I listen to the news 247 in the day, I would go to sleep at night, so depressed and so down. So honestly, I limit how much of the news that I'm listening to. I try to catch it once a day just to see if there's any major updates that I need to be aware of. But I want to encourage you to limit the negativity. Limit the negativity that you allow yourself to consume. Block out as much as you can. It's so important to do that. You know, let's concentrate on spreading hope, not fear. Hope is contagious. Fear is debilitating. And we can't succumb to the fear. There's a lot happening right now. And honestly, if we allowed all of that to consume us, we would just all want to curl up in a corner and not do anything. But ladies, friends, we can't give up. We can't give up because this too shall pass. This is a tiny dot on our radar of life. And yes, we're going to come out of it changed. We're going to come out of it different. But that's okay. Maybe there's some things that we do need to change and make different in our life, but. But we can't give up on ourselves. You can't Give up on your health journey. You can't use this as an excuse to eat unhealthy and not get your exercise in. There's so many exercises that you can do in your living room. You just have to make the time and take the time to do it. You can't give up on your business. I know it's hard right now when you think about if you're self employed. I've been self employed since I was 21 years old. So I understand how scary it is for someone who has their own business entrepreneurs. I know it's very scary right now, but it's also scary for the person who is a server at a restaurant that has been closed. It's scary for that person too. But you know, instead of sitting there being scared, maybe this is your time. Maybe this is your motivation to work on your resume. Maybe it's time to think. You know what, when things get back rolling again, maybe I'll have my resume ready and so I can find a job that's maybe a level up. This is your opportunity, this is your downtime to work on yourself, to work on that resume. We just can't give up. We can't give up on our lives. We can't give up on our happiness and our joy. It's going to be okay. Truly, it's going to be okay. We have to move forward. This is definitely an uncertain time. We don't know what's going to happen tomorrow. We. We don't at all. And a lot of what happens tomorrow we cannot control because there's things happening in our world that is out of our control. But this is what we do have in our grips is we can pass on and encourage hope and not fear, because fear is debilitating. And you know what, ladies? We are all going to make it through this. We are all going to be better because of it. And I'm just looking forward to seeing the silver lining that each of us are going to find once this epidemic is over. And I believe it's going to be over sooner than later. I'm an optimist by all means. But I also believe that all things happen for a reason. And we have to seek what those reasons are. So maybe you believe in that and maybe you don't, but that's okay. It really is. I'm here for you. I'm praying for you. I'm encouraging you to live your very best life. Don't give up. Don't give up on yourselves. Don't give up to depression. Don't give in to feeling down and out. Because, ladies, we've got this. We're going to be okay. So that's really all I had today. I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. I hope you're doing okay. If there's anything that you need from me or anything that I can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask here in the chat or send me a private message, a dm.
