Pamela Jean (YouTube) describes her disciplined daily morning routine and urges group members to stay socially connected during social distancing. She gives exact schedule details (wake at 4:50 AM; leave home 5:16 AM; arrives ~5:28 AM; workout 5:30–6:30 AM), describes a typical breakfast (two eggs — one egg white scrambled — with fruit, sometimes toast), and outlines morning practices (Bible study, weekly prayer list, journaling, then social media). She also invites members to join upcoming sessions: a Zoom on using Instagram and a Friday life-coaching discussion on love, dating, and heartbreak.

Hello everyone. I wanted to share with you real quickly what my morning routine is and I encourage everyone here to go ahead and hop on and do a live post a video. I know that we have to practice social distancing, which is great, I understand completely get that. But that doesn't mean we have to become socially disconnected. We can still be connected even though we have to practice our social distancing. And we can do that through our live videos, through our zoom meetings, all of the things so I want to share with you what my morning routine is. I'm a very very strong person when it comes to routine. I believe in it 110%. That allows me to accomplish so much in my day and keeps me really disciplined and focused. So I wake up every single morning at 4:50 in the morning. You will laugh at me when I use my phone as my morning wake up. I only have one alarm set in my phone. I don't have every alarm time. I have one set in there at 4:50 because I am that much in the routine of getting up at the same time nearly every day. So I get up at 4:50, I get ready to go work out. I leave the house at 5:16 because it takes me that much time to get to my gym. So I'm there by 5:28, gives me a couple of extra minutes to stretch out and I start my workout every day at 5:30 in the morning. It ends right at 6:30. I head home from there and I eat the same breakfast almost every single day of my life. I know many of you are going to think wow, that's crazy and ridiculous. But you know, it's a system plan that works well for me, keeps me healthy, keeps me just feeling really really great and gives me a lot of energy. So nearly every day of my life I will eat two eggs, one egg white scrambled with a side of fruit. Once in a while I'll throw in some toast for carbs. But not every day, but sometimes I do just to change it up a little bit. I know that's crazy with changing it up. But while I'm eating my breakfast I do a Bible study every single day in the past that if I hopped on social media right away I would get sucked into that rabbit hole of social media and I wouldn't give proper time to Bible study and meditation. And I think that's so important, I need that for sure. So I start with that. And once I do my Bible study I go through my prayer list of people, which incidentally I write a list every single week of who I'm going to pray for that week. And that is my time where I pray for those people. I do my journaling and, and then I get into social media to see how everyone is doing and check on the posts that I had scheduled for my business and also just personal posts that I want to make on a given day as well. So that is my morning routine. I am a big believer that what you put in your mind, the very first thing that you wake up really is going to set the tone for your day. So even when I am driving to the gym, I am listening to spiritual and inspirational music. I avoid a lot of news and negativity because I want my day to be a positive day. And that is a choice. I believe it's a choice. And you can have those positive days definitely by structuring yourself well and having a strong morning routine. So I'm encouraging you guys to hop on and do a live. Let us see you, Let us talk to you. I know that we're practicing our, our social distance which we have to do with where our world is today. But that doesn't mean we have to become socially disconnected. So let us see you be present here on this group. A couple exciting things coming this week. Tomorrow I'm going to post a zoom link to talk a little bit about using Instagram in your business. And then on Friday of this week, we're going to switch things into a little bit more of a life coaching type of moment. And we're going to talk about love, dating and heartbreaks, how to navigate that. And the really cool thing is this is all women in this group. It's not about men bashing, but it's about, we're going to talk about how you've navigated through those heartbreaks and those disappointing relationships and times in your life. So that's going to be a really good topic and we're going to cover that on Friday, so watch for more information. But I hope you guys are having an awesome, awesome day. There's so many great things happening in this world. I know it feels, feels a little crazy right now, but we have so many incredible opportunities. Please share your morning routine with us and I can't wait to hear from you guys. Thanks.
