In this brief instructional video, the presenter demonstrates a quick clinical maneuver to screen for frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). The test involves raising both arms overhead to about 90 degrees and then lowering them. If the patient cannot return the arm on the affected side as far back as the opposite side, this limited posterior movement is attributed to tightening of the anterior capsule, making it a sensitive indicator of a frozen shoulder.
