If you're preparing for shoulder surgery, or any surgery for that matter, I want you to think about it differently. I want you to think about it as your game day. What that means is preparing physically, preparing mentally, and preparing nutritionally. Every elite athlete knows this. This is their event they lead up to. They put their body in the best condition, they put their mind in the best condition, and they provide the fuel that they need to get through that event. Now, if you want to get through surgery in the best way possible, you need to do all three of those things. And the easiest lever to pull out of all those is nutrition. I've done thousands of surgeries, and I can tell you wholeheartedly, the people that come in physically prepared, mentally prepared, and nutritionally prepared get through the surgery the best way possible. You can control your surgical outcome, and that's the foundation of THRIVE Protocol. You can control your surgical outcome.
