Yeah. I mean, for me, a big thing is fragrance. And the fragrances that are in the air fresheners, the candles, the perfumes in the clothes, in the. The cosmetics, in the laundry detergents and all that stuff. And those are full of phthalates. So phthalates keep the scent and the color in your sheets, in your hair, in your clothes, in your underwear, unfortunately. And so all of those are going to destroy your hormones, your fertility. And so they're really one of the most insidious toxins out there.
