We're going to talk about the benefits of doing a good lymphatic drainage massage and what it's going to cover, what is it going to do for the body, for the immune system, and all of that. And we have Alex with us here today, who's going to do the massage and tell us more about it.
What I'm going to be performing is a very special lymphatic drainage massage that I learned in Brazil, and it's called Miracle Touch. I learned it from the queen of lymphatic drainage. Her name is Renata Franza. And right now, lymphatic drainage is all the rage in the United States. So it's both aesthetic as well as beneficial for the immune system. For skin uniformity, there's so many different benefits.
So the lymphatic drainage is very important because the lymphatic system doesn't have its own pump. Heart is the only pump that's inside the body. So when the lymphs come out and the extra tissue that's this extracellular tissue that's there with extracellular fluid. Thank you, Alex, for this amazing. For your Miracle Touch. Actually, this is amazing. Every time we do our travels here by the plane, we actually need this so that we can get the fluid back.
It was good. It was awesome. I liked it. I noticed it. I told the guys from my rings.
This was amazing. Thank you very much. We're gonna go right after this and do an amazing cooking, Healthy Cooking with Ellen Nor.
