Let's check it out. First thing you need to do is create an account you can quickly get up and running using an existing Gmail or Facebook account or sign up via email. With Jasper. Any pricing plan will give you unlimited words generated by AI. The higher price plans include more seats and additional features. I'm going to select the creator plan and start with a seven day free trial. Now that I have an account, let's explore the dashboard, a user friendly intuitive interface. Our first step here is to click on Create New Content. A popup will present you with a few options such as New Document, New Campaign or New From Template. We'll select New From Template to explore Jasper's templates. A really cool thing about Jasper is its range of marketing focused templates neatly organized by categories. Let's check out the Company Bio template which is really useful for refreshing your company bio or starting one from scratch. Say we've started a brand new food company that uses insects as a sustainable protein source. I'll input the company name and details and request a witty tone for the output. After clicking generate. Voila. I'll Our Bio statement materializes. Now let's do some fine tuning and try again with a different one. Let's ask for insightful. You can play around with it for a bit until you have a draft that you can edit and make into your official company bio. Another useful template for draftsper is Explain it to a child. As you might imagine from the name, this clever function transforms complex concepts into easy to understand bite sized nuggets of information. The Explain it to a Child template is not just a fun tool, it's also an extremely powerful asset for marketers in today's fast paced digital landscape, communicating your product's value proposition in a simple and engaging way is more important than ever. From this point forward, feel free to explore and utilize all the other templates that Jasper AI offers to streamline your blog creation process. So don't forget to fine tune the AI generated content as a bit of human editing can truly bring out its best and make it shine. Now let's take a look at Merlin. It's great at summarizing any content on any website, and since it works as a chrome extension, it's quick to access. It also has a free generative text model that provides some of the same functionality as Jasper, just a bit scaled back. Merlin is more of a time saver than a full on marketing tool, but you'll love how effortlessly it can analyze lengthy, complex text and quickly convert it into concise, easy to read versions that include the main points and key details of the content. You want to go ahead and install the extension in the Chrome Web Store, click Add to Chrome and sign in. Let's head over to the website and test Merlin's capabilities. I chose the National Archives site for its wordy, complicated language. I'm going to navigate to Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution and select this paragraph. I can simply hit Command or Control M to open Merlin. This shortcut is customizable and I'll show you how to do that in a second. But first you need to check this out. Type summarize in the Ask Merlin prompt and it quickly breaks it down into an easy to read paragraph. You can break this prompt down even further to create engaging and relevant copy for a specific target audience. For example, you may have an elearning platform and need to explain Articles 2 of the Constitution to a third grader. Ask Merlin to clarify this same prompt in simple words a child can understand. It would then analyze a query and automatically write the answer for you. Feel free to add multiple requests like generate five keywords from this text and their definition and make sure to click here to save the prompt if you think you might want to use it again. If you aren't thrilled with what Merlin has to say, click this to regenerate. If you want to keep it, click the copy icon. Impressive, right? They make data extraction more accessible for people who aren't coding wizards. Use browseai's robots, as they call them, to generate a customer spreadsheet within minutes, no coding required. Their website makes it easy to sign up through your email or browser, answer a few questions and you're on your way. We'll do a custom walkthrough in this tutorial, but there are many of Browse AI's pre built robots for you to experiment with. Their website does a really good job of walking you through all the steps. For example, if I wanted to extract a list of service page details from Yelp, I can use Browse AI's pre built automation and it'll take me through through a step by step process. You can leverage this data to monitor your competitors, find out how they're performing, and be the first to know via email when their services change or if a new business is listed in your area. But where it really gets interesting is when you want to extract data from sites that don't want to be scraped. They only want to serve content to real users using real web browsers and intentionally make it super hard to do so. But browse AI can even get by the captchas. Let's say you own a deli and grocery and are looking to monitor pricing data from your neighborhood competitors. You want to keep tabs on how retailers are pricing their bread to stay competitive. With browse AI, you no longer have to manually monitor competitor prices by regularly visiting their sites and updating spreadsheets. You can create your own price database using a robot to programmatically fetch all the data from for you. Just go to the site you want to monitor and copy the URL. Select New Custom Extraction robot and paste it in this origin URL. Select this website needs logging in so it can see your cookies. This will make sure the site you're monitoring is tied to your local location. You might be prompted to install the browser extension at this point. Go ahead and do that if you'd like, and click Start Recording task. Now our little robot is here to guide us. Say we want a table with the name of the the product, the price, and the store. Click on the robot capture list, then position your cursor between the items to select the entire box. Start by selecting the name of the product and click Capture Title. Then select the price, then Store location. Scroll down and you'll see it's made the same selections all the way down the list. Hit Enter. Now let's include some more info on each selection. Here we'll type product name, price and location. Boom. It'll then generate a straightforward table of just the data you're interested in. You can also set a notification alert every time the list updates, so if they add a new product, change the price, or if something just goes out of stock, you'll be the first to know. Just ask the robot to scroll down to load more items every time it goes back to extract. Then set a maximum number of rows. 100 is good up here. You'll name your list Big Store Bread Prices. Click Capture List, then finish recording. It'll now run itself process capturing the same data again, this time without your guidance. Finally, name and save this particular robot for the results. Click here to download a CSV file to view and save as a spreadsheet. If it looks good to you, select this box at the bottom to move on to regular monitoring. This robot can give you a fresh extraction every week, every day, and even every five minutes if you pay for the premium version. What once required tons of time and coding expertise and was only accessible to big corporations with bigger budgets is now easily available through this amazing tool.
