Rocket ship. No bombshell. I don't know.
I'm used up all your tape on this one tape. I'm trying to think about it.
I'd say it's dope.
I don't know.
What do people say?
Websites. The word clever is coming to mind. So I'm thinking about it in a few different terms. Like clever can mean like tricky or creative, but it also just means kind of smart, intellectual, and.
It'S a good.
Way of thinking almost. So if I were to describe New Breed in one word, I think I might pick clever.
For me, it all ties back to growth. I think from a couple different lenses. There's that personal lens of just knowing that there's opportunity. You're going to be challenged, you're going to be pushed and there's going to be room to grow.
Everything, every person and really the attitude of every person here is growing in some way. You know, learning more, expanding their skill sets and never standing still.
Word that I would use would be momentum. Everyone brings that to the conversation at New Braid into their daily activities or job. With New Breed, I see a lot of momentum coming for us right now as a company with how we're growing, we're adding folks to the team, we're kind of fostering some great partnerships, building our HubSpot partnership, building our SaaSworks partnership. But where you can see that kind of on the ground level every day is with individual people that bring a lot of passion and energy to their job.
The number one thing is the shared passion between the two teams. The passion that your team has to help solve the front of the house problems that businesses have to bring in new business and the passion that our team has to solve the back of the house problems that our team has. I think those two passions combined is a recipe for success. So I'm excited for that.
The one word I would use to describe, you know, new breed and a straw for me is opportunity. I think there's truly endless opportunity here in terms of, you know, what, what I could do here and what I, what I am doing now and really looking forward to growing and helping our business grow mutually.
So we're all successful working with some amazing people to help support organizations in their quest of constantly bettering their marketing and sales alignment and how they can really, truly express their brand and their product and what they want to offer to the world and to see what new paths and new ways you can innovate and try new practices and products.
Just coming into New Breed in my first couple weeks is how supportive everyone is and how willing to help everyone is here. It's just a great team environment. The culture here is absolutely amazing. And Newbreed just does a great job making sure their employees are taken care of and have all the tools they need to succeed. First and foremost, I see everyone is, you know, bouncing ideas off each other. I've seen that there's so much opportunity for growth, and I think one of those reasons is getting the exposure to the different teams and getting to work with different people and really finding where your passion lies.
So I'm excited to see more of that.
I really like the energy that people bring to work every day. I find that the support that people provide to one another is really inspiring. And you can like, you can feel it through the computer.
You know, we're fun. It's fun and you know, it's work, so it's work fun. But it does go beyond that.
I like to joke around and we get a lot of work done. We take pride in that, but we like to have fun while we do it.
When you're able to work with people who are smart and like minded and organized and disciplined, everything else can just go easily. Being surrounded by those types of people just makes it an even better place to work.
It.
