Kuma, this new pet salon looks amazing and they're offering 20% off. Okay, hold on. I need to fill out this form real quick. Oh, wait. Oh, sorry about that. I just discovered this great new place near my house and I wanted to get them my information in time to schedule an appointment for Kuma this afternoon. I already got my first email from them and I can't wait for Kuma to meet them too. This is exactly why you should be collecting first party data. First party data is the best kind of data to have in your HubSpot Smart CRM Rep. It's basically all the info people give you when they fill out and submit your online form, whether on your website or in Google. I just discovered this great new pet spot and when I saw a chance to snag a new customer discount, there was no question I was going to fill out the form that was embedded in their Google Ad. I told them all about Kuma, what she likes, her breed, plus how to get in touch with me directly. And now I can't wait to hear more from them because I know it'll be personalized. Did you know you can do the same with your customers? It's really easy and fast and can get you some great results. Results marketers who are effective at collecting and using first party data can double the incremental revenue. That means you can make extra profit just by using data to engage the right people. And here's the really cool part. If you're using HubSpot's free marketing hub, you're already collecting it. Every time someone gives you their information on your website, it's automatically added to your HubSpot Smart CRM database. You can also collect user consented first party data by creating Google Ads similar to the one my local pet spa showed me. Now let's think about this. You have your CRM and you're running ads with Google. Both are collecting first party data. But wouldn't it be nice if all that amazing data were unified in one place? I work best when it's easy to keep track of customers and I'm guessing you do too. I mean, how else do you create ads and offers personalized to their needs? I want to know if my HubSpot Smart CRM database is talking to Google Ads and Google Ads is talking to my CRM and I don't want to have to think about it. Well, guess what? HubSpot and Google Ads have partnered to create a whole suite of easy to use tools for this very purpose. You can send leads from your Google Ads straight to your CRM without having to lift a finger. Just set up the integration through Marketing Hub, then set up the lead syncing feature and it'll happen automatically. Best of all, it's free, you don't need a developer and you won't have to pay a dime as long as you have a free Marketing Hub account. And in a Google Ads account, you're golden. Also, if you haven't started yet, don't worry. I'm going to show you how to set up those accounts for free in just a moment. I love this feature because it lets you see results so fast. Marketers who use HubSpot and Google Ads together average 31% more leads within 90 days of setting up the integration. They also see 25% more conversions after filling their CRM with data and lower their costs per lead by 12%. So let me show you how to use the HubSpot in Google Ads creation. Then I'll walk you through lead syncing so by the time we're done, you can start sending any leads you get from your Google Ads campaigns straight to HubSpot. To get started, you're going to want to connect your Google Ads account to your HubSpot Smart CRM database. In your HubSpot account, click on the settings icon in the upper right corner, then go to Marketing, then Ads. Here you'll see an option to connect your Ads account. Click that button to be taken to open the dialog box and select Google Ads. Next you'll see this pop up window. Make sure you're logged into the Google account you use for Google Ads. Or if you don't have a Google Ads account yet, just choose the Google account you want to use. In a moment, I'll show you how to set up your Google Ads account without having to leave HubSpot. Click continue, then click Allow. Now, if you already have a Google Ads account, or if you have multiple Google Ads accounts, you'll see those listed here so you can choose which ones you want to connect to HubSpot. However, if you're new to Google Ads, you're going to want to set up an account for First. To do this, first pick a name for your ad account, then enter your email address. This is the same email you use to log into Google. Select your time zone and currency and click Create Account. Now, Google Ads does require billing details. Once you add those details in Google, come back to this tab and click the button to let HubSpot know you're ready. Now let's start sending leads you get from your Google Ads campaign straight to HubSpot. To do this, you want to use a tool called Lead Syncing. Lead Syncing makes it super easy to fill your HubSpot Smart CRM database with contacts from Google Ads. Just set it up once and you'll never have to worry about your Google Ads leads making their way to your CRM. With HubSpot, they'll sync automatically and best of all, it's easy, free and accessible right within Marketing Hub, designed so you can get up and running in just a few clicks. To start, go to your settings again to select Marketing, then Ads. This time you'll see Leads Syncing. Select that tab, click Connect and choose Google Ads. If you connected multiple Google Ads accounts to HubSpot, you'll see them here. Check the box next to each account you want to sync to HubSpot. I'm also going to select yes to have these new leads created as marketing contacts in HubSpot. Click Save and you're done. No spreadsheets, no uploads or downloads. No manual typing. From this moment forward, all your Google Ads leads will be instantly added to Marketing Hub. And that's how simple it is to set up the HubSpot Google Ads integration so you can start filling your CRM with rich first party data. Now you can reach and re engage your ideal customers faster and more effectively than ever.
