Comprehensive Growth, Without Compromise: The New Breed Revenue Performance Platform

Newbreed's Revenue Performance Platform structures demand generation around three pillars: strategy and alignment, technology and innovation with HubSpot integrations, and ongoing reporting. The approach uses integrated teams and automation to hit KPIs while keeping clients informed through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

If you think about hitting the market with a full demand generation strategy, there are a lot of components. To have a true comprehensive strategy, you have to cover a lot of bases. What Newbreed's been able to do is come up with an engagement structure that solves for that really well. Breaking down the platform, we have three pillars, so we have strategy and alignment that's sitting down. Looking at the data today, getting a baseline on KPI's growth targets, putting the plan in place so that we know exactly what to do, both with quick wins and the long term strategy to move the needle. Technology and innovation really focuses on getting your operational assets in place that you need to be successful, to be able to segment your database, have the apps in place on top of HubSpot that you need, and really just give you a baseline for assets and tech to work within so your managed services are more successful. And then the last piece is ongoing reporting and analysis. This kind of brings things full circle. We have that initial strategy, but on a regular basis it's really important that we're looking at the data, reporting on that, reporting on meaningful KPIs and having a dialogue about that so it can inform our strategy over the next period of time. We don't want to look back six months from now and say, hey, we should have done things differently. We continuously can respond to the data by baking that right into the solution.
In terms of how things get started, with any platform engagement, really, you have access to an integrated team of different strategists and specialists across disciplines. So your project manager is your point person and your strategist is really partnering closely with the project manager in terms of thinking through what are our goals and priorities. Another critical component of platform is the revenue operations portion and making sure that we have a really good foundation in place for us to be making very data driven decisions as we progress through your growth strategy, making sure that we have life cycles defined. Also making sure everything in HubSpot is set up to really automate a lot of our growth motions. So that includes both some of those internal operations pieces, such as making sure when a lead comes through, they're going to the right person at the right time. It also includes making sure that we have workflows in place to nurture leads when they come into our funnel.
Transparency in regards to the budget and timeline is so important to our clients and the client experience. So keeping them up to date with weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting is very important to us. We are in constant communication with our clients through emails, through our project management software, zoom phone calls. We keep communication flowing and open.
We've been partners with HubSpot for over a decade now, and what we've done from an operational side and a technology side, is to try to build applications on top of the HubSpot platform that can extend it and enable it to do anything and everything that our clients desire. The first application that we launched is distributely, and it helps our clients better control and manage the way that they are routing leads to their sales team. More and more companies are starting to adopt the Invent methodology, but actually finding ways to operationalize that and to incorporate the right strategies and to measure the performance of those strategies can be challenging. What we've done is bring those strategies, those operational components, and those reporting methodologies to our clients in the most complete way possible.
