A 501 nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting people, pets, and the planet.
When moving over to the HubSpot CMS, we've seen organic traffic increase, we've seen bounce rates decrease, pages per session increase. So definitely when it comes to growth statistics, we've seen in particular, email engagement skyrocket. Hi, my name is Noah Horton. I'm the chief Marketing Officer for Greater Good Charities. Greater Good Charities is a 501 nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting people, pets, and the planet. There's just not a whole lot of digital marketing tools that are built for the needs of nonprofits. We engaged with Cosmic to take a look at our use case and our needs and to identify what the most appropriate tools were that we should be using. What we've gone through over the last year is a full digital transformation that involves using HubSpot as our primary marketing tool.
HubSpot has enabled greater Good Charities to do something that most nonprofits only dream of, and that's to scale personalized engagement to reach each and every supporter on the right channel, with the right message at the right time.
When it came to redesigning Greater Good's website, each of their programs had a separate domain, a separate entity, and we were able to bring it all under the same umbrella in HubSpot.
We realized that with HubSpot, we could actually help Greater Good charities implement the kind of technology that donors expect, the kind of technology that makes the communication really personalized.
I'm confident with the time that we've been on the platform that we'll be able to continuously improve and create an experience for our donors that is very valuable and ultimately maximizes our impact in the world.
