Build a buyer's journey with three stages: Awareness (show prospects their problem through blog posts or videos), Consideration (teach solutions without selling hard), and Decision (offer trials and discounts). Match your content to where they are in the process.

If you want to get customers to buy your products, you need to do this one process before you start making sales. No, it's not setting up Facebook ads or an IG page. I'm talking about creating a buyer's journey. It's what takes your prospect from pain point to purchase. There are three stages. The awareness stage is when someone first realizes they may have a problem. Ask yourself, what goal is your target customer trying to achieve when they search their problem? And what type of content should I make to best serve that? This could be a lengthy video, a blog post, anything that best answers their question. A consideration stage is when they successfully diagnose the problem and they're looking for a solution. Make this content as informative as possible and center it around solving the buyer's problem. Make sure not to be too salesy here. Focus on creating content that can both educate them and again solve their problem. And the decision stage is when they've selected a category solution and now they're selecting a specific solution. Think about offering free trials or targeted discounts. Remember to optimize. Include words and phrases that anticipate prospects needs to make your content connect. Address the people at their stage and focus on the needs they have in that stage. You like what you heard?
