Get Answers From 600 Hours Of HubSpot Academy | ChatSpot AI

We are back. Hello again and welcome to the Chat Spot Video Update series. We took some time last month after inbound to recharge, reflect, reassess after six incredibly busy months of building Chat Spot. But we are back, re energized and better than ever. I've got three improvements to Chat Spot that I'm excited to show you and we're going to start with the biggest, most innovative and that is a collaboration between Chat Spot and the HubSpot Academy to bring knowledge right to your fingertips. I'll call your attention to our newest Featured template, ask HubSpot Academy. What we've done here is index over 6,000 videos with over 600 hours of video content from HubSpot Academy. Now this content is designed and developed by Academy professors. These folks do in depth research, analysis, experimentation, find real business use cases that work and develop frameworks that can be used to scale businesses of any shape, size or industry. This knowledge is incredibly powerful and only available through the HubSpot Academy. But sometimes sifting and filtering through Academy courses can be difficult and what we've done with a Chat Spot and Academy partnership is allow you to ask direct questions to the HubSpot Academy and get answers right at your fingertips. So we will start by asking Chat Spot a question about social media marketing. We will use this template and say what is the best channel for social media marketing and brand awareness? When first developing a social media strategy, let's see what the Academy has to say about that and where it will point me. So it says the best channel for brand awareness is Facebook and this directs me to a lesson and the specific video in the lesson that outlines and answers that question I had. Oftentimes the answer will be provided directly in text, but if I want to dive deeper, Chat Spot will direct me to that course and specific content in the Academy. To get more insights on that answer from our Academy professors, let's try one more. This time I will not use a template. I'm just going to ask Academy how should I coach my sales team on evaluating buyers budgets. Now it will provide me again some insights directly in line and it points me to a framework, the Band Framework for Sales qualification. From here I can click directly over to the HubSpot Academy and in this instance I'm not delivered a video but instead I'm delivered a document that has this exact framework that I can provide to my sales team around qualification of budget. I love, love love this integration. I think this will have an uncapped amount of power and really excited to see what we can do with it moving forward. Ask Academy is now live available to all Chat Spot users. The second update I want to show off today is around security and permissions. To do that, I'm going to jump into the HubSpot account. Now. I did showcase some of this during Inbound's presentation. You missed out or didn't catch that specific topic. I'll just show you quickly here. For those of you who are HubSpot users, HubSpot administrators and security is on your mind. You want to kind of crawl, walk, run. With Generative AI, you can use Chat Spot settings to set limits on which templates and prompts folks can use. By default, all prompts are open and Chat Spot access is turned on. By limiting prompt templates, you can actually select the specific categories for which your team can use chatspot. So let's just set images and marketing for my team here just to show an example. Now when I revisit chatsbot, you can see the templates that don't fall into that category will be locked and those two categories, marketing and images, are unlocked. We do intend to increase the granularity that we support for Chat Spot permissions for deploying to different users and different teams in your business. But for now this is an exciting update to help you get started with more granular permissions to Chatbot. Now I'm just going to go turn off those limitations really quickly to show you our final two updates around just general quality of life using chatspot. I do want to call attention to two new prompts under Favorites that I have today. Blog Title Generator and Modify Content link. I love these because they're just really easy to use. If you paste a blog contents, you can get a title from Chatbot or if you type any content and to specify some specific length, Chat Spot can help you lengthen or shorten that content. So really quick changes there. And another update, small but mighty is around contact creation. So I'm going to add a contact here. Now what will happen is it will say sorry, this person is already one of your contacts. Now previously Chat Spot would error in a less helpful way. It would just say could not perform that task. Now we can let you all know that there is a contact in your CRM that we've identified and for that reason we're not creating another one. But you can quickly add a note, add a task or view that contact in HubSpot. So that's the full slate of updates we have today. A major improvement with the HubSpot Academy templates permissions and security access controls for admins of HubSpot and Chat Spot connected accounts.
