Managers should block time for employees to learn AI tools and automate their work, then reward them for it. Feed your calendar, meeting recordings, and goals into AI to see if your team actually has capacity for more work before piling on new projects.

The excuse is always like, okay, I don't have time to do that because I have to do my job. So you never have people actually take and set time away to go and learn the tools, document their processes. Not only does the technology make it faster, but I do think an organization or a boss needs to be like, okay, here's your week, or here's your, like, every Wednesday. And maybe even some reward mechanism where it's like, you're actually rewarded for automating parts of your job.
Or, well, so that brings on another use case I was going to bring, which kind of plays off. That is what is stopping anybody from using their calendar and whatever meetings, zoom teams, whatever media recordings and transcripts, putting all of those into AI with their goals for the week, the month, the quarter, and looking at time allocation. Am I actually, like, how am I actually spending my time and doing my work versus what I'm trying to accomplish? Because it gets to that point you're making, which is like, well, does the team really have capacity to do more or do they not.
