How SmartBug Improved Conversions with the Typeform App for HubSpot

The biggest reason we had a form challenge that we needed to have solved for the team was the fact that we were having page views of our Contact Us or Talk to Sales page, but they weren't converting at the rate we wanted. You can have follow up questions that are really tailored to the answer of their first question. That allows us to collect much better and more information than if we were to just have a single form. Additionally, we had the decrease in the amount of time it took us to route leads because of the information that was provided by the users.
