To use Instagram filters, open the app and either take a new picture or upload a picture or video from your camera roll, Tap Next and then tap the filter you want to apply. If you want to adjust the filter strength, tap the filter again. You'll you'll see a slider appear where you can make the filter more or less visible on your photo. When you're happy with how your photo looks, click next and finish uploading your photo. And that's it. You've successfully added a filter to your photo.
