How We Trained AI Bots To Replace Sales Reps

When we first launched the AI bot, we're looking at the customer satisfaction score. Initially, we saw that decline, and that was kind of expected for us because we have this new model. We've trained it to a certain point. It's now interacting with real people, and now begins our real work of annotating conversations so that we can start training it to really answer in the way that it should be answering, like a human ISC would. And now what we see over time is that our AI chatbots are on par with our human chat, so we've been able to increase that to on par, and we actually have confidence that we'll be able to even get it above that.
