If you get really good at prompting like this, it will also make you a better manager of humans, because you will get way clearer, way more specific in general of how you communicate with everyone. And it's almost just like a clarity feedback loop that's forcing you to learn how to get much clearer in what you mean, what you're trying to accomplish, what the goal is.
I actually think that's a really good point. This is the number one failure of most managers, is not being able to actually be very specific in the things you want that person to excel at.
