This is a short transcript excerpt of a YouTube video where Patrick Biddiscombe and other speakers announce New Breed's new app, Distributely — a HubSpot-integrated lead distribution tool. Speakers outline core features (round robin routing, weighting, capping, territories) and highlight a performance-based weighting feature that adjusts lead assignment based on reps' open pipeline to balance workload. The discussion emphasizes scalability, reliability, and time-savings for growing sales teams using HubSpot.
I'm really excited about the new Breed platform. It's a combination of both managed services as well as tech enabled products. Our first app, distributed, it's focused around lead routing on the HubSpot CRM. We all love HubSpot and I think it's done a great job to help us scale and grow our businesses. We want to take it to the next level.
As sales teams become bigger, their needs become more complex. One of the things that we want to help accomplish is to satisfy the needs of those teams as they become more complex. One of the core pieces of that is distributing leads to sales teams so they get to them at the right time in the right way so they can follow up with them appropriately. There haven't been too many tools that have been able to account for all the different types of scenarios and needs that those teams encounter on a daily basis, and we wanted to build an app to help support and solve for those challenges. Some of the features that we've built into distributely include basic round robin, which is something that a lot of sales teams use today. In addition to that, we've added in weighting so that you can give a different amount of leads to different members of a given sales team. We've done capping, where you basically stop the amount of leads that are given to a sales team after certain points that you don't overwhelm a sales team member with too many leads at once. We've done territories, which plenty of companies use today to make sure that leads are assigned to people based on the geographies or the states in which they work and operate. But one of the features that I'm really excited about is performance based weighting. What that does is it can take a look at the amount of open pipeline or open opportunities that a sales rep is working at a given time and can weight the amount of leads that they receive accordingly so that they're able to focus more of their energy on either building new pipeline that they don't have a lot today, or closing the existing pipeline that they have and reducing the amount of leads that they're receiving at that time. Accordingly.
Being able to have a system that is scalable and reliable and sits right on top of HubSpot saves an incredible amount of time. So as our needs as a team evolve and become more complex, I can go directly to a tool that is enabling me to be more efficient with my time, more reliable for our team in general, and just is a scalable tool that will grow with our HubSpot instance as we grow it's really a.
Great time to think about our evolution of going from a managed services company to a managed service and app company. We're going to be hyper focused on building apps out in the app marketplace that specifically help our customers grow their revenue.
