Hello and welcome to the 14th edition of the Chatsbot weekly video update series. I cannot believe we've been doing these updates for 14 weeks. 14 weeks of consecutive improvement. Got a lot to show you today, perhaps the most of any video. So let's jump on in. Starting with an entirely new design, you'll notice things look pretty different. What we've done with Chat Spot is organized templates in chat into two separate panels. These chat screen is now more focused on chat to allow you to get the inputs and outputs that you're looking for from Chat Spot directly. So we do have some suggested templates here. We're doing some more expectation setting for new users up front, showing them capabilities and limitations of the product. We've moved templates to their own real estate. So now what this allows us to do. The function of templates really hasn't changed much, but it will allow us to scale much more quickly, much more broadly with templates. We believe templates will continue to be a really powerful way for you to interact with Chat Spot. And we needed a way to make sure that we could continue to add tens and twenties and thirties, perhaps of templates in the future. Thinking about things like even a template marketplace one day. Right. We needed that ability to scale and so this design really supports that. But back to chat. The new focused experience is here to stay. And I want to show you some new functionality that we're supporting this week to help you grow better with Chat Spot. Starting with all new functionality that is integrated deeply with your HubSpot CRM and that is the ability to summarize a contact. All you need to do is ask Chatbot to summarize a contact's email. Let's ask it about my own email. So before I hit enter here, I want to show you what this contact record looks like. What we have here is a handful of notes, tons of content. You know, there's a bunch of properties here and things like that. I can ask Chat Spot just simply by typing in the email to summarize that record. And what Chat Spot will do will look through some key properties, create date, ownership, last activities, and perform a summary of all of the notes on the record. So you can see I was given access to a demo. Not ready to buy Chat Spot, AI is going to crawl all of the notes data on the record and deliver you that short and sweet summary that you need to get the information you need from your CRM very quickly. Let's try one more and we will summarize a company Acme. So before I show you those results again. Notes on the Record I've created some demo notes here that basically walk through the entire customer journey dating back to initial contact, scheduled meeting, follow up call, contract sign, everything in between. What does Chat Spot have to say? A perfect summary of that company record. It is a, you know Acme is a satisfied customer transition to the enterprise here. Contract renewal, seats added serving as a reference. This is the power of Chat Spot AI. Deeply integrated with your CRM and just one click, one command, you can have information about your business at your fingertips. We're going to continue to improve here some things like custom data parameters that you want to rely on for summarization, cleaner formatting with things like tables, and we'll continue to improve on those types of things here to create the ideal experience. The second thing I want to show off today is YouTube summary, a brand new feature that allows you to summarize any YouTube video, any a flash with chat spot AI. So all I do is when using this template I can enter in the video URL. We'll ask Chat Spot for a quick summary and there it is. Instead of watching a nine minute video, I can get a 30 second rundown from Chat Spot. Let's try one more video and this time I'm going to freeform Ask Chat Spot to summarize the Chat spot weekly number 13. Chat spot quickly goes off, analyzes that video and you can see the text summarization of the weekly update from last week. Super powerful. Thank you Chatbot for that very quick YouTube summary. This is now available so head to Chat Spot and check that out. I want to show off one more thing today and that is the ability to gather information about podcasts. So I'm going to head over to Templates. I have this new category here called Research and Summaries and I've added podcast stats so you can ask Chatspot for stats on any given podcast. I'm going to ask it about my first million and Chatbot will summarize the basics of that podcast so you can see a description, who publishes it, how many episodes, their score, update frequency, and a link to the podcast. If you're looking for that, you can enter any podcast here. Chat Spot will do its best to provide you the quick summary that you need to get the information right there at your fingertips. There are a few more things that I would love to show off that Chat Spot newly supports this week, but we're running out of time in this video. We have made so much progress in the last week.
