Perry Norman says Briar stat checks opponents and is overpowered, but she's hard to master because her power comes with lost control. She needs about 50 games to learn, but rewards that investment more than any other champion, especially in lower ranks.
Briar is disturbingly strong because she stat checks. The reason why I don't recommend Briar 24/7 is because it's— she's very hard to grasp. The thing that makes Briar so broken is the thing that makes her lose control of her character, so it's not intuitive for a lot of people as to how to play this champion. If you're willing to invest at least 50 games on a champion, Briar's honestly probably the most rewarding champion in the game right now at a lower rank by far.
