The Diana Buff Changes Her COMPLETELY!

Hey guys, it's Perry. Today we're playing some Diana in the jungle. She's been buffed recently. She's a whole lot stronger. I highly recommend you play her. The technology we're going to be using is 3 points into our Q and then max our W afterwards. We are going to be buying HP items to maximize the W buffs. So Protobelt, Dusk and Dawn, Liandry's, Riftmaker. You guys get the whole idea. And Diana as a champion is focused around full clearing, getting your items and getting stronger. So we're going to do a Raptor start in this game right here. If you guys want to follow along and have a guide to kind of look at the build, get a deeper understanding of the champion, junglekingdom.gg/tierlist, and then Diana as a champion, uh, you just click on her and you can kind of follow everything that I'm doing, everything I'm talking about as well. And so if you guys really want to also play her, that's a good place to follow because there's more context on what you should be doing with the champion. So when you clear, guys, really important to maximize your passive. I would say the champion, the main focus is simply the passive. Everything else on this champion is just like, it's nice to have and it's nice to think about. But in the early game when you're clearing and fighting, your passive is pretty much everything. And so the more passive hits you get, the better the fight, the better everything gets. Let's clear this down here. Let's walk all the way up towards the wolves. The Graves should be clearing here very soon. And so both junglers are pretty much clearing up. It's probably going to be a bit of a fight around the top crab. I'm going to save my E here. Again, keep my passive up for as long as I possibly can. And then I like using my Q not on the wolf camp here, but on the Gromp. So I pulled this all the way up, and then I like to use it on the Gromp here. And so my top laner and my mid laner don't really seem to have any control over the lane right now. Top lane's like relatively even, but it doesn't seem too favorable for us because it's a Jax. I don't know, I kind of want this crab, but then my top laner might die if I go for the crab right away. The Graves will come. It's a nice trade from him. I know his lane, he needs to think about that. Now I could come behind the top laner here, and I could sit in the bush and play onto the graves.

Double kill.

I'll give him the kill. Main reason for that is he has double buffs. So give my Yone the double buffs. He's the one who flashed for it, and I don't want to. tilt him either, really. And then in this case, we— I mean, we could technically look here. Bro, my Veigar, like you got, you gotta be feeling like this Veigar needs to stop, bro. This Veigar needs to stop, man. The main reason, the main thing we're looking to do is just keep our full clear going and utilize any gold that we can get our hands on to get our first item a bit faster. Now in this game, they have 2 melee champions. Graves has the melee auto. And so technically we don't need to go for a Protobelt. But then again, Protobelt did also get changed here. They made the on-hit a little bit better. Honestly speaking, I kind of want to just do this and say skip the Protobelt this game. Because I don't need it to jump people. In all honesty, like if Blitzcrank wants to walk forward or Jax or Graves, like they need to walk forward to deal damage. And because they need to walk forward, I will almost always have an angle to attack them. And so that's why I was saying like screw the Protobelt this time around. Protobelt is really nice though, but the fight will start. We have Graves— sorry, we have Yone, we have Veigar, we have Jhin, we have Rell. The fight will start one way or another. Okay, we can go defend our Yone, sit behind him. And so both junglers are going to be here in the pockets, so I can go ahead and play into the bushes here. I'm going to sweep through, investigate, see if it's warded or not. No wards at all. And so I'll let my Yone play, do his thing.

I speak only truth.

Okay, it looks like the enemy Graves is not coming up. He's aware that I could be here, and so he's scared. It's fine. What I'll do in this case is I want to defend my Raptor camp. I need to defend my Raptor camp. The enemy top laner is probably going to lose a full wave from this play, right? He loses a full wave, so my hover Force the guy to lose a full wave. And so that's, that's what I want you guys to think about. I think that that guy might be on the dragon. And so that's fine. I'm going to get the Raptors and then go for this top crab. Just, just because he— I mean, he's probably going to be here. And so honestly, I should have gone for my Krugs. But in this, in this case, I might be able to like find his Raptor or like find a Jayce or Jax kill. Depending on if their top laners fight or not. I'll also look here, see if the Raptors are up. It's not up. This Veigar just keeps using his spells too early. I missed that too. Okay, it's fine.

Damn it.

Playing around my Veigar in this position probably wasn't the best idea. Also, I don't like the positioning of the top crab, but it's, it's all right. I mean, it would have been okay if I just ignored this Veigar. I think I should have like thought about it. Like, this Veigar is, is just playing so poorly. He's like, his cages are bad. Like, everything this Veigar is doing, everything this Veigar touches seems pretty fucking bad. And so I should just stay the fuck away from this Veigar. I don't like the fact that I have to, but this guy's just not playing well. Like, I have nothing against him, but like, bro needs to stop.

I cannot turn back.

Let's keep farming up all the way towards the top side. My top laner did die once. He has full top lane control. I'm gonna hit my camps first and then we'll look to do the grubs after. Even if I don't get all the grubs, it's fine. I'm happy with at least one. If I lose all 3, it'd be very sad. But I don't think Graves is on it just yet. I'd be surprised. And so we're gonna finish this. Warded there, that's fine. I have no mid lane control. No, not much top lane control either. My Raptors could be taken very soon as well. And so here we, we are kind of getting the top wave in. Let's just look for the grubs here. It doesn't seem like the enemy Graves is coming at all. I'm gonna go for the Raptors. And so we could probably just take this. I don't think this guy's diveable, y'all. That shit's too dangerous to dive. We have a ward here, so we'll see. Okay, yeah, okay, well, these guys are just walking forward disrespectfully. I dodged his ulti there. Holy fuck. Maybe my Veigar can kill. I don't know. I have no— I have nothing left for them though. I dodged his ulti by like a whim there, and then my W saved me. Without my W there, I would not have been able to live. That's the W buffs. Also, I'm autopilot. I did, I did 4 points into my Q. I know, I know some chatters are gonna catch that. I fucked it up. I should have put 3 points into my Q. Honestly, 3 points into my— like, 3 points Q and then max my W. If I did that, I honestly would have been even safer in this fight here. I wouldn't have even been close. But at least we'll remember here at level 8. It's respawning in 2 seconds. What I could do here is I could pull this over this way, bring it here, and do it like this. That way we don't get spotted. I was about to put a point to that Q. I was about to. We have a quick opportunity to maybe look here.

And then we can look to recall after, and then my Yone can do whatever he wants at the top side. Okay, so we're gonna go the Dusk and Dawn, and then we're gonna build Riftmaker immediately. I have no ulti here. My Jhin does have item. Jhin is actually pretty strong. My Veigar is decently strong, and so we want to help my Jhin first things first. This Ahri is Watch my back. All right, the minion should kill him here. Yeah, beautiful. Then we go for this dragon. Awesome. The Jhin almost worked him really hard there. We want to re-invade him now with our lead. Oh, I put a point into my Q. It's just so easy to autopilot that. Okay, so if you're playing Diana, you have to like really remember with the new W buffs, putting points into your W is actually better than just maxing your Q. It's all good though. We're, we're so accelerated in this game that like it will probably be fine. Not ideal for the video or the build. We might have to run back another one. I can't do anything to that guy. Lowkey, I think I pathed the wrong way. It's fine. Look at that damage, by the way, right? I have Dusk and Dawn. The guy just disrespected me, used all the spells on me. I got my passive on him. And he just dies like that. To be fair, I have 10 Dark Seal stacks, which gives me 55 AP. That's definitely very helpful. But look at that damage, guys. This is what makes Diana just so powerful right now.

An ally has been slain.

Let's go ahead and keep clearing our camps. Actually, what we could do is we have 2 items, right? So what I want to do is possibly look for his bot side camps and I want to look to fight. And so we're fighting hard here. And I expect them to possibly FF this game, to be honest. Take this kill here. I still am significantly stronger than that guy, than the Graves. And so I will look to pressure here. I will heal from this. I don't see the Graves here either. And so let's take all his camps. I guess he's in the top side then. Ow. Let's sequence all the way up for the grubs or the the herald, and this game should just be over for them. Like completely over. Yo, BBC Pizza. What up, bro? We'll go Krugs. We'll go Red Buff. We'll go Raptors. Literal Tarzan behavior from this Graves. He's just walking around the map headless. Not that Tarzan would do that, guys, right? Let's go Herald here, and then let's go accelerate this game by keeping good tempo. And we want to do is we want to find our very strong teammate. Like this Jhin. Actually, like nobody on my team is as strong as me. And so what I want to do is I kind of want to just keep myself ahead by farming efficiently and then play for guaranteed resources. So right here you can see my teammates are dying, my teammates, whatever is going on, I'm getting guaranteed gold here from the crab, from all my camps. And I want to just keep this lead from my guaranteed resources. And so they invested a lot of their resources to kill this Veigar. And now that means they have less ultis, they have less conditions. Oh, that's so good. And so I'm capable of playing a bit aggressively here, and I guarantee you, you— I will get something, if not here, maybe in the top lane. And so in this position, I'm getting some control over the map, and if they disrespect at all, then they die. And so this is what it's like to have good, like, awareness on the map, tempo on the map.

The moon also rises.

At this point in time, my teammates have recalled. I will, I will play with you. I mean, his Krugs are still up here too. I like— I just do so much damage, and I'm tank, by the way. I'm like a tanky Diana. Look at this shield, and I just deal that much damage. It doesn't make any sense, but that's just the way— that's just the way this champion is right now. All right, let's recall here. I was just watching your Gragas jungle. I remember you stream on Twitch. I followed. Appreciate it. Gragas jungle? When did I play that shit? Okay, at this point in the game, because we can insta-buy a Rocketbelt, we'll just buy it. It's pretty chill to just have a Rocketbelt in this position. Why not? And then we'll go look to invade bot camps and then continuously accelerate the game. And again, we want guaranteed resources. So there, like, we 100% will get the top turret. Even if we don't kill everybody, we're getting the top turret. And so we want guaranteed economy, guaranteed anything. My teammates are going to be fine there on the Dragon. This guy's no flash, so he just dies. Surprised they haven't been FF'd yet. Ambitious Mejai's from Ahri? No way Ahri has Mejai's. No way, man. And so here they might clear the wave. Fuck, I E'd first. Fuck, my Rell— my Rell stopped tanking there or like walked away instead of walking forward. I wanted the smoke, my Rell wanted to run. So I just made the game a little more complicated. Uh, we're gonna go Gluttonous this game, but like, yeah, my, my Rell, my Rell is a coward there, I'll say. We're gonna go Gluttonous this game.

Merc Treads is pretty high value because they have a lot of CC. Honestly, I want to show you guys the power of Gluttonous plus Riftmaker. It's pretty nice. We'll probably just go into Zhonya's. We could also buy more HP with the Liandry's. They aren't buying much armor— sorry, MR.

Okay, we're tossing them all the shutdowns, which is, which is like, it's good, I think. I think it's good. It's good for the content, right? Okay, their Viktor bounties have fallen off. Can pressure this Jax here, I would say. Okay, nothing there. Never mind. Yone is going to catch the top wave. That's fine. Their, um, Viktor is getting strong. He has 3 fucking items. Bro, I, I can't just like walk in there. We're 3v5, bro. Bro was just like walking in like he run— like he runs the, the street, like runs the game or something.

Enemy rampage.

Okay, well, my Rell will be up here shortly, so depending on where they path, I have an angle as well. I hope it's not warded though. I don't have a sweeper. Click the Herald! Let me get the Herald! Okay, okay, that should have bought us the fight, right, bro? No shot. No shot, by the way. I literally could not have played that more beautifully, and like, it still ends up being like not, not like the best. My Yone ulted thin air, I'm pretty sure. Okay, okay, good, good, good, good. And then, and then like all in all good. I need the Zhonya's to make— to do more in this fight. I need the Zhonya's to do a little bit more. So when you go Landry's— yeah, if they're tankier I would have had Landry's, but they're not as tanky. I would have skipped the, the Rocketbelt for Landry's for sure. Let's just play for this dragon. I'm going to clear top down. I want to buy a Zhonya's. If I can't carry this game as I'm this fed and I'm this accelerated with this many items, then this champion is not as OP as I imagine. But I think she is, so. I can just go for the dragon here. Stop trying to overcomplicate the game.

That's his flash there. That's really good for us. We want to get this midway first. Get the fucking Midway, team.

Okay, he can probably just do it himself. Ahri's disrespecting, very nice. Now we can do the Baron. Yeah, we have to look to turn in the— I mean, we probably do want to look to turn. Maybe not though. Absolutely we do. I mean, I could have played the fight, but I want the Snatcher first. I want to guarantee the Snatcher first and foremost. If you have anything, I can follow up with you, but cool. I mean, you can see like we have— at no, at no point are we lacking damage at all. Your team has destroyed the turret. Okay, she actually flashes there. She's like, like, if I kill her, it makes ending the game even easier, right? So if she doesn't have flash, it's just a quick gut check to see if she does. Because she has no flash now, that makes that a lot easier, and the game is just over. And so like, we kind of tossed the game a little bit in the mid-game, but as you can see, this champion is still just so fucking giga strong.
