Perry Norman argues Locke belongs in the jungle. His early laning is weak, but jungling lets him scale freely into a late-game monster with massive damage output.

I got this. Oh my gosh, this guy's going to slow him too. I can't, I can't actually auto him, but I can get that hit on the camps. Like, oh my God, I feel so fucking strong. Like, oh my God, is that not crazy amounts of damage? Like, oh, this champ is just crazy. I, I think he's a jungler. I think he's meant to be in the jungle. The reason why is you get infinite time to scale as a jungler versus like a laner. You have to like fight people. And I feel like Locke's weakest point is the early game. So I don't like playing Locke in lane. I think he just really fits the role of a jungler because you get a free scale, really.
