Why Briar Jungle Is A Complete LP PRINTER! (S+++)

The new season is coming as well, the new split for more rewards and whatnot. If you need a champion, please play this champion. It's Briar. Okay, Briar is always S++ on my tier list. She's always been so strong and I've known that, but I haven't really played it like in a way where like I'm playing by myself and I'm experimenting with her. She is so strong. I am in shock. The things that I am doing, I am just in complete utter disbelief. Watch the video, look at how broken she is, play her, give her a shot. I hope you guys enjoy. All right guys, let's jump into a Collector game on Briar. So let's talk about the build here. The build's pretty cool. You go Collector into Titanic Hydra for the resets, you know, auto reset with your frenzy, and then you go for an LDR/Mortal Reminder. So this game they have like somewhat healing all around. Also, I W too early, but they have some healing all around. So I, I think the Mortal Reminder could be useful. Rengar healing, Cho'Gath has like a little bit of healing. They have Jhin with a heal itself. We'll see what happens by the time we get there. We'll see if we're getting screwed over by the enemy's healing. But that's the core 3 items. After that, you can go for either more damage, which I wouldn't recommend, but you could, or you go for a standard Death's Dance and you're really, really happy. This game, like, Death's Dance has such high value, so I for sure will be looking to go for a Death's Dance. Let's go ahead and clear this here. We're gonna go clear top down, chill all the way. We see the Rengar. Yo, this E's not gonna hit the wall. Whoopsies. It's really bad. This is really bad for my clear, but it's okay. Briar's clear is pretty straightforward anyway. Uh, you just do the same thing over and over again, nothing crazy. I wonder if 2 points in the W is faster than, than a point in the Q. On paper, it makes a lot of sense, right? Why would you— why would your Q deal more damage than your W? Why would one singular point to your Q do more damage? I'm gonna say that, hey, I'm gonna use my logic here, and I'm gonna put a point to my E, or put a point to my W, and just finish the full clear. Oh, that ain't good. Well, that ain't good. That's one reason why you should put a point into your Q. That, well, that ain't good. All right, it's fine. Minor setback. Minor, minor, minor setback. If I had my Q there, guys, the most fucked up part about that is if I had my Q there, I probably can kill him. Maybe. Or maybe, maybe he doesn't kill me. Uh, but I, I really wasn't thinking that he was actually going to do that, but he did. So good for him, he's the GOAT. GOAT for that. I'm gonna save my E here. Um, I'm gonna go ahead and just finish everything. All right, so that's one reason why you don't use your E early on, or don't like not skill your Q early on is if the enemy can invade you like that, because that was really shitty for my game. Um, mid's holding a fat juicy wave. Because my mid's holding this juicer, what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna walk towards mid and I'm gonna try to pressure the Jhin when Jhin inevitably wants to walk up to push this wave in or catch some remains of the wave. I'm guessing he will at some point. Oh no, the Akali doesn't do shit here. I was really hoping that this guy would not play like that. This is really bad for my game because I'm gonna go here. Actually, it should be okay. Uh, it's a 1 for 1 at least, right? Well, 1 for 2, not ideal. The Rengar came back with a Serrated Dirk. Jhin used Flash. Jhin solo killed my Akali earlier. Without ever using Flash. Really rough circumstance. I should have used my E instead of using my W. I didn't realize the Rengar recalled. Let's wait a dirk. He's trying to invade me perma here, it looks like. And I need to be very thoughtful that this Rengar is going to come invade me again. So I'm going to W over this wall, see if he's here. Yeah, we're going to fight this guy really hard. This guy is Flash. We want to definitely kill him. Beautiful, beautiful kill. And we can play for this camp now. So he got my camp, but I get his camp back for him doing that. Okay. Okay, I need to wait for my CDs here. Fuck, no way he has Dark Harvest. This is just so sad. I'm not gonna lie, this is just the saddest thing I've seen. I, I've— this is just so sad. It's just so sad. My Malphite recalled there. He dipped on me. The Cho'Gath lives on 1 HP. Everything is just so depressing to like right now from that sequence. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Okay, recovered, recovered, recovery. But yeah, that Jhin is so fed. Okay, we're all good, we're all good. We're going to come back in this game. Really rough early game, we'll be fine. My Malphite's giga fed. Giga Thanos Malphite. Okay, beautiful. Can you hit that? Nope, nice try. Okay, so we get, we get the shutdown back. We're getting gold at least. The crazy part, if you look at this, is I actually almost have my Collector, which is crazy, crazy considering all this, all the shenanigans that's been happening. Uh, it's not gonna— I'm not gonna have enough because it's 11:25. Oh, actually, it probably would have been enough. But I want this top crab pretty badly. I, I rethought about— I was like, oh, maybe I'll go Krugs, recall, top crab. But I want this top crab now, cuz then I can also pressure with my Malphite who's returning to lane. Top crab is just too broke. Fuck. See, top crab just too important. Okay. So we're gonna go for this blue buff first, and then we'll go for the top crab after. See guys, if I did my Krugs there, what would have happened? I would have never gotten that Rengar kill. You have to be very thoughtful about your plays. That's the difference between a full kill for me there, slash assist, and having nothing. He's gonna hex flash over. I'm gonna keep pinging him, let him know we can go play for this. Okay, if I, if I had used my Q— oh shit, hold on. If I use my Q on the red buff, I would have been able to get the red buff. Which would have been probably pretty good. We're just going to invade this guy hard. Okay, we're going to go for our Titanic now. I want boots to get to my bot camps fast. If this Rengar is in the bot side, we're going to fuck this guy up. And remember, this Rengar is the one who invaded us earlier, and now we're the ones applying the heat onto him. So when my Thresh is here, we're going to defend camps. I'm going to look here now immediately. Oh my God, that's damage! Oh my God, wait, this guy might have pathed poorly. Yeah, he pathed poorly. I saw him. I saw him in the corner of my eye pathing the wrong way. So for those of you guys who are like, hmm, why should I play Briar? Is Briar that good? Is Briar for me? It doesn't matter if it's for you or not for you. This— do you see this damage? Do you want to fucking kill them like it's nothing? I need to auto this guy twice. Before the Rengar shows up. Of course mouths water because they're crying for food. Oh my god, this champion is so fucking disgusting. I heal from my W as well. Wait, I thought my Akali was coming. Oh my God, my E! Like, he's like, he's like, normally he'd be able to kill me there. Normally he'd be able to kill me there, right? But he can't. Why? Because I get 35% damage reduction and I restore my HP bar. So fuck you. This is just so not okay. The amount of damage I'm dealing is just not a— like, I, I— it's not okay. Truly, it's truly not okay. Like, I'm not even doing anything special. That's, that's the, that's the fucked up part. I'm not doing anything too crazy. I'm just playing the game pretty normally. I should have waited. I should have sat in the bush cuz I wasn't sure if this guy was actually going to invade me. I should have sat in the bush there. But he is optionless, he can't do anything. If we can land that. I just turned my brain off. I tap W and I click on him and he's dead. And he's, he's just, he's just dead. Like, what? Please, guys, you want to generate LP? You want to just, you want to just fucking spawn in LP? You want a broken champ right now? You don't know what to be playing? Play this champion. But here's one thing. Here's one trick I'll give you guys. Here's one way I like to look at the champ. I know some Briars like to just tap their W or tap their ulti at random times. I hate doing that because it just can ruin the game. Like, one ulti— if I— let's, let's say I went to this mid play, I don't get my entire topside, I don't get my item, and it fucks my tempo. So play the game normally, and then when the time comes, you can go ahead and use your ulti properly. Okay, let's go here. I want this crab very badly, and I also want to maybe ult up towards the topside. Like, I really want to maybe look to ult that guy there. I'm going hit the— I might hit the Nami here too. Nice. Fuck. Yeah, that's just rough. That's just rough, cuz I used my Q too early. I, you know, guys, oh my God, I just— I just— I'm thinking like, how do I How do I get the kill there? Oh, Nami. The moment I ult, I W to the side, and then I go forward with my W, and then I Q back on top of her. That's the tech there. I messed up. I messed up. I didn't know the tech there. Some of you real Briar players probably know that that's how you kill. I wasn't sure. Oh my God, the E damage is crazy. Why does my E do that much damage? Are you serious? Are you serious? So when you like— and they FF, they FF. So when you guys ask me, hey Perry, what do I play? What should I play? Pick this champion right here, run the new build. You're gonna stomp games. You might need some time to play, you might need some experience, like 10, 20 games to really get comfortable with the champion, but play this champ. I'm gonna show you guys one more bruiser game where I wasn't that impactful, but I still want to show you guys that like you can do that build as well. And yeah, enjoy that game. All right guys, jump into the bruiser Briar game here. Look at their comp, they have Ornn. Sylas, Yasuo, and what the fuck is happening here? Anyway, so if you go Collector into like pure damage, you're gonna be pretty screwed. And that's why this game we're going pure, pure, pure Bruiser, right? So what's the build with Bruiser? You can go Titanic Hydra into Black Cleaver, and then that shreds their armor, which is very important. And your bleed works with the armor shred. And then for your last items, you generally just want to go for like what makes the most sense given the game state. So in any case— whoa, whoa, whoa, the Sylas! Oh, I canceled my E so I didn't get the knockback. What I was going to say is, depends on the game state. So this game they have like double AD but also double AP in the top side, so it's kind of like a mix of two. This not good. Okay, so what I'm going to do here is— Sylas did something fishy down there. I'm going to go ahead and invade his Gromp at least, uh, because I just— and then maybe kill this Ornn top because, because like their bot lane is never killable here. I need to ping my bot lane. Yeah, their bot lane is never killable here, so I'm just gonna go for this Gromp and then maybe kill this Ornn. But yeah, so this game, I don't know, Death's Dance into Spirit Visage seems pretty good. He did not go for my bot side camps, so what I'll do is I'll just recall here and I'll go defend my bot camps. And then we're— well, he has a Dark Seal and it's like, okay, your Gromp is gone, so I'm at least +1 camp on him and I'm happy with that. It might feel a little funny, like everything that's going on, but it's actually a pretty good— like, it's ultimately a pretty good situation. This guy's dead as fuck. I can't save him. He has no sums right now. We finish this here. There's a mid wave. My bot lane won 2v2, which is massive. I'm gonna catch this mid wave here. I'm gonna ping my Gragas to be careful. Okay, so there's Sylas. He has 20. He's farming his wolves now. Okay, I mean, if I just take my camps, I'm +1 camp, right, from I'm +1 camp from everything, so I'm happy to just farm. I don't mind. I'll drop a ward here as well. I'm going to smite early and use my Q, W on the 5th hit, use my E here. Okay, there we go. Whoa, it hit, hit the wrong wall. What the hell? It's so weird. I'm going to W here. So your W does execute damage, right? If you guys did not know, your W does execute damage. You always want to use it towards the end. Enemy enemies Jhin is actually able to get a kill here, which is huge. You can usually leave the Gromp at around like 300 or more in the early game. I kind of forget about that. You can leave your camps pretty high HP because you have your bleed and the pets. So what I could do here is probably use my E and then walk away because the bleed and the pet will kill. Yep, there we go. Okay, so my Pyke and Lucian lost. The game is pretty even all, all around. My bot lane is doing okay, and then my mid laner is getting completely destroyed. So pretty, pretty even game. My top laner is gonna TP back. The enemy Ornn has a null magic. The enemy Ornn is freezing the wave. My bot lane lost here. Okay, I'm gonna go for a Tunneler here. I think Tunneler is just like one of the strongest items on any bruiser champ. Wow, that Sylas was in the bot side. That means I could have re-invaded his Gromp. All good. Let's not worry about it. We're still up a little bit. I'm gonna go back to my Raptors. This guy is fucking dead. Uh, maybe he can just execute. Oh, he's actually able to make it to the execute. Holy shit, that's highkey crazy. I have to be careful. The Yasuo and the Sylas can play together though. They have Gragas ulti plus Sylas. Ah, fuck. Terrified. Okay, nice cancel from that guy there. That was huge. I get my flash on him there. Beautiful. I can target him with my Q and flash, play with my Gragas like you guys are seeing. This Gragas is kind of fucking, fucking these guys up. I'm gonna push this towards the top side because I'm absolutely terrified. Of their Yasuo mid, and my, my Gragas should be good luck. He's a good luck charm. All right, I have my ulti now. I don't really want to use it anywhere unless it's guaranteed. Um, I, I am on the side of don't use your ulti too much on Briar. Kind of just use it when the opportunity really screams that you should use it. Let the opportunity sort of come to you. Like here, if I send it He also has so many ways to dodge that it's like, it's almost never worth using it there. Lowkey, I could probably, I could probably come up this guy. Yep. Beautiful. Play with my Jhin because that guy's walking way too far up, disrespecting super duper hard here. I need to ping this guy off. I'm going to play for these Void Grubs because it's the objective in the top side where my Gragas is, and I want to— you always want to play for the objective where your fed teammate is, and this game my fed teammate is Gragas. Volibear's doing okay, they're not doing bad, but definitely my— the strongest— oh, whoa, whoa, the Sylas was there too. They just 2v3'd. I stand corrected, they're doing great. What the fuck? Holy shit, I tried to move back so the W AOE would hit everything, but it didn't. It's all good. I do want to kill this guy, don't get me wrong, but I want to try to like let it— let the pet kill. And I just want one camp here. If I can get one camp here without dying, uh, this, this might be like the stupidest shit I'm, I've done all day. Yeah, fuck off. I don't get the crab either. Oh, fuck. Wait a second. Holy shit, that guy E'd over the wall. I'm going to try to ult back in then. Okay, my Jhin is lowkey kind of strong. I need to recall, I'm sitting on so much gold, bro. I didn't get my W cast either. Whoops. I made the Yasuo wind wall my thing, which I think helped my, my Jhin get the kill. Yo, chances are, guys, this Yasuo walks up again And my Jhin doesn't want the smoke. It is not polite to nibble on friends. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! Nice, I got the W chomp and everything. I have my full Titanic Hydra, so I'm very strong. This Sylas doesn't have item just yet. So I am significantly stronger than him. I'm going to keep hitting him. Titanic Hydra plus my W. Can't do shit here. All good, we chunked him out all the way. Now we can maybe pressure bot lane. There's any camps up? Nature's more out of control than I am. We got the Krugs up here too. So I don't know actually what's the precise way to play this. I think it's going to be like jump E into the wall and then like walk away. Yes, yes, that's perfect. That was perfect there. This guy's dead as fuck though. But I did that combo very smoothly because you jump in and they, they get stunned. If you E them into the wall, that's, that's all your damage because I literally cannot hit the Nyla. Like, what am I supposed to do, guys? I literally cannot hit Nyla because she has her W. Use my Titanic before my last E or my last W. Whoa, okay, if they engage hard, I can come. Only if they engage hard, I'll go. Yep, looks fine. Okay, if my team is on the engage, it's really hard to land your W or your ulti. I mean, it's only if they're on the engage on you. His entire bot side's coming up. I'm gonna skip my bot camps. My teammates are pressuring hard. I want to pressure with them at the exact same timer. Okay, can play for this here. Okay, I don't want to use all my spells. I'm just going to use my W as I farm. My W is like all my damage, really? I'm gonna save my ult, I'm gonna save my Q. Oh fuck. I flash and then W, I flash and then Q the ward? Oh, I couldn't get my W, oh, it didn't even matter. I would never be able to get my W cast there. Oh, that's so sad. Okay, my Jhin's dead as fuck too. That's a lot of shutdowns for them, and then plus they can probably get the red— the dragon. So more even game. Game's evening out a bit. Sylas is dead, they can't get the dragon. Yeah, I feel like Briar is such a bait champion sometimes because you want to help your team or you want to go back in and then you just do some dumb shit like that. Like, that was some pretty dumb shit. I— the moment I see my Lucian's dead there, I should not go back in. Your dragon for base here? Well, See, the thing is, we have no dragons right now, so I want to play for economy before anything. So I'm going to play for my camps first, and then afterwards, yes, I do want to pick this dragon, but I'm playing for my camps first, and then I'll pick the dragon. Okay, so these guys are getting shit on by the Gragas. Wow, okay, it's a 4v4 mid. Our teammates are stronger. I don't know why their enemies are fighting. And here what we want to do is we want to go ahead and play through our Lucian and through our, our Jhin. So any play we make must be around them, or it must be like a 1v1 that we know is for sure 1v1. Those are the only plays I'm looking to make, otherwise we'll lose this game. So like here, if I fight this guy, it might not be a true 1v1, so it could be quite dangerous to look for something like this. But what I could— what I could— yeah, it's, it's not good to do this. Actually, we see also top lane. Okay, so maybe I can 1v1 him on the Krugs. Ornn is dead. If he's on the Krugs, I can 1v1 him here. No, he's not. Okay, but you notice how like I don't go in until I know for sure where people are. Now I'm gonna ult up there to see if I can join the fights. There we go. Oh my god, I fucking should have E'd right away and left. I don't know. Dude, this champion's so funky, man. This champion's just so funky. Should we grief the Sylas? Yeah, the Sylas couldn't do anything. This champion's just such a funny champ because it's, I don't know, she's just so broken. I'm so convinced the champion's just so broken. If you want free LP, you have to play her. Why are you playing Bright Eye? I want to show people why this champ— why and how the champion is so giga strong. But it does take time to get used to her. Not for first-timers. I think she's actually pretty workable as a first-time champ. We nailed that there. Bang! Now we're just going to hunt this guy. Beautiful. Get my W tap, get all that damage off. It's a lot of gold for my pockets. Play for this— these Raptors here. Okay, we can play for this horn. We have a— we have a Black Cleaver, so I should definitely be able to kill this horn. My Jhin is pumping. Whoa, that's damage! That's damage there. Jeez. Well, if these guys are disrespecting like this I don't mind doing this shit. Yeah, they're just dead. What are they doing? It's a 3v— sorry, 2v4. Keep that in mind. It was 2 of them, 4 of us, and they decided to walk up and do that. Nailah and Yuumi that are up. I mean, we might be able to end the game here, guys, honestly. I mean, because I had teammates that actually locked in, like my Jhin locked in, the game doesn't feel too hard. But hopefully you guys get to see at least some good early game, good fighting and whatnot. Let's kill this. Alright, at this point it's gonna be interesting. Okay, we killed that guy. I have no spells, I have no W. I can't— I couldn't tap my E there. Yikes, I couldn't tap my E there. I got CC'd by what? I think the Nila ult caught me. Ah no, the Ornn. It was the Ornn E, the Ornn knockup. I didn't respond too well. All good, all good, all good. They have a lot of, um, I'm taking a lot of AD damage and AP damage. If we go for a Merc Shreds It's nice because I'm looking for a Death's Dance afterwards, but the play to steal Caps— we're taking AD damage. I think they have way more AD damage than anything. So we're just gonna go for this Death's Dance. We can— if we really want to be that defensive and that annoying, we can sit on 1/0 magic, and then the Sylas and the Ornn deal way less damage. So let's just do that. Let's just be like a serious headache that they can't really deal with. The thing that happens is you start getting stacks of the Void Corruption, and this is how— this is why like tanking Baron is so fucking hard. It's because you get corrupted, and it's like, now look at my stats here. They're slowly dwindling, and that's what makes Baron super duper duper annoying to kill. And it's why when the enemy team does the Baron, you can always kill the kind of person tanking really fast because they're just losing a lot of their stats. I'm convinced anyone can play Briar, even bad players can play at Diamond level with some basic macro. Zz'Rot plays 60% plus of the game. Yeah, I'm gonna have to take your side here. OGKaiju saying, "No, you're tweaking." Like, Briar is just that easy. And that's the whole point of this video, is that Briar is just simply— okay, well, not when I do that, but like, I'm useless this game, I'm not gonna lie. Um, you need to learn a little bit, but after like 5 games, 5 to 10 games of like playing this champion and not diving, learning your limits, just 5, 10, 20 games, you're gonna start climbing extremely fast. Like, the fact that I could play like this and still have a lot of impact— even the last game that I played, we lost— the fact that I can have that much impact not knowing what I'm doing with this champion shows that the champion is kind of crazy.
