Why This Lethality Vi Build Is TAKING OVER SoloQ

Hey guys, it's Perry Norman. Today I want to show you one of my favorite builds that I've found in recent times. I am having so much fun with Hail of Blades Vi. It's a full crit build plus lethality, and I've been having an absolute blast. You guys will see the full rundown as to why this is so strong. The setup is pretty much Hubris Collector into an LDR and then IE. You have so much lethality, and then you have the IE on top of that. You're literally one-shotting people like it's nothing. I've been having an absolute blast with this setup. You guys will see how I dominate these games with this pure one-shot setup. There's a lot of, you know, chaos that happens as well when you run full assassin-style builds. But anyway, I hope you guys truly enjoy these games. I am going to be one-shotting people in this game. There's just one issue: they have a Galio and a freaking Aatrox to defend their Twitch Lulu. But I'm still going to see if we can make this work. I have been seeing this build like here and there, and I'm honestly pretty pretty excited to show you guys how broken this really is. We have Halo of Blades, Sudden Impact, Sixth Sense, Shredder Hunter, Triumph, and Alacrity. Instead of Triumph, you could go for a Coup if you want to deal more damage, but I like Triumph because it gives you more gold and the healing in fights. So personally, I like this build. If I'm gonna be honest, this game, if it goes bad or not as good as I wanted to, it's because it's a pretty bad Lethality Vi game. This game is so much better if I just played normal Vi. Not— I wouldn't even say better, I would say like it's It's good. Like, playing Vi into Galio, first off, is awful. But if we're going this build too, I have to be so disciplined. It— I have to be really smart about how I play. First things first, I have a Sixth Sense here, and Galio doesn't seem to have any wards, and Galio doesn't have the Shadowrunner thing. What is it called? Like, the Mooseweed Road. So I can go here pretty confidently. So I'm gonna go fight this guy. He's like pushing him into me. Yeah, yeah, let's go, let's go fight him. I got his flash, that's good. Yeah, she played that really well. I'm gonna fake going to the top side and then go back into the bot side. Or maybe I can just go back, go back here straight up. Now my Sylas used E poorly. Beautiful, let's play for that kill. Like, we're playing lethality Vi and it's a Galio Sylas mid, so it has to be war in the mid lane. Like, that's just the nature of this matchup. It has to be war. Let's go play for this crab now. The Halo of Blades is nice because it allows you to get your full combo off really quickly. This, this investor is gonna lose his mind. I can already tell this investor's lost it. So we have a, we have a mentally ill top laner already. Uh, she has boots. She said drop camp, please. I come lane gank. I can lane gank you. Never mind, don't come. Why? Like, what am I supposed to do? He just receives the wave. I'll give him my little Challenger emote. I do want to recall for my item. I really am interested in playing for his Raptors, but I think it's a little risky. Yeah, that's fine. We didn't know where he would be, so that happens. I'm on the way, brother. I'll help you out. I have a full combo here. It's a lot of damage. Bang! With my full combo damage there, we're able to kill him because the Halo Blades straight to Dirk. My sona is tweaking. Tweak, bro. What is with these people being tweakers? Like, guys, I can't be everywhere. I can't do everything. I need to clear my camps too. Okay, my bot lane is winning, so I do want to go pressure bot. It's also a Shaco. Shaco should have a hard time doing the dragon. Beautiful. We got this cannon as well. Okay, I think I might have to mute the Sona because Sona is just a tweaker. We're getting multiple kills. That's what you really want on any lethality, any assassin champion. You want a bunch of kills. So I'm feeling good, feeling happy. Okay, actually though, these other just killing them. What the fuck? What the hell is my bot lane doing to them? Just in case this Twitch is still here for whatever reason— he is. I can hit the fucking Lulu. Like, no matter what they do there, I can hit the Lulu. Let's just recall. I mean, his Gromp is coming back up, but if I recall and go topside, I get my Hubris. Okay, look at our damage, guys. Like, I'm fucking one-shotting him. I think it's that one. Oh, he's gotta run. Uh-oh, that guy might be cooked. Uh-oh, the guy is cooked. It's warded here. Where is he? Where the fuck did he go? If he comes, I have my ulti. I shouldn't— I shouldn't ult to kill him there. That was like my bad. My ambassador just used all the sums too. I don't know what my ambassador was doing, dude. That Shaco's W did so much damage. I highkey did not expect that. That was crazy. Let's go topside. Let's just clear top down. Okay, okay, I muted this guy, right? Yeah, I muted this guy. Okay, I should mute this guy too. These guys are psychopaths and they're not good. Not, not in a good way. Like, sometimes you have good psychos These guys are bad psychos. I honestly, I think my Sylas is a psycho as well, in a bad way. We're gonna lose because jungle can't smite anything. Sad. God, this is why playing with chat off is so important. Jungling is so awesome. Actually, just like playing League is so awesome. It's one thing if I'm doing bad, it's another thing if this guy is just stupid. I feel like stupidity should also be reportable. But like, as a jungler, if you don't— if you play with chat on, I just— good luck. Good, good fucking luck, man. All right, let's recall here. Let's buy pickaxe and let's go bot lane and fight. I did so much damage there. Not that it matters though. Oh fuck, I thought I could smite that. Oh, that's so sad. I thought I could smite the crab and then Twitch, the Twitch, the magic magical Twitch shows up. The Twitch is actually so strong. Oh, I'm so sad. The, the smite, that's— oh, so sad. And my Sona is going to go in all the way, just balls to the walls, like just, just go. Look at this guy, just a demon. Like, lowkey it might work. Highkey, highkey it might actually work. I mean, I'm on the way. Enemy has been slain. Enemy double kill. Okay, see if the Shaco's over here. Got a full combo on him. Beautiful. My— these guys need to stop fighting, bro. They're children, bro. These guys need to stop pinging each other. Let's just— we're on the same team. We're on the same team. No, these guys cannot stop pinging. Like, it's one thing if you're pinging the enemies and like you're trying to get into the enemy's heads. We are all on the same team, guys. Just try to remember that. With this Collector, I mean, maybe we can kill the, the Aatrox one time in the top side. One time we can kill this Aatrox and then go bot side. Dude, I wonder how Axiom Arc would be, cuz every ult I could probably get a kill. An enemy has been slain. Full comboed. There's two, there's two fucking— I need to run. There's two, uh, freaking Sylas. That's crazy, dude. I, I've never seen that, or I don't know why, but like, that just looks so funny. Yay, player on top, not bot, bro. These guys are all children, man. Someone is like My jungler's not flying for the dragons. Reported. Bad jungler. My top laner's like, "Game is so boring, we're not fighting top lane." My mid laner is just typing in Chinese characters. Nah, this is actually the life of the jungler. Like, it's so miserable, to be honest. So miserable. Everybody's trying to be the main character, trying to do everything. Like, just shut up, guys. Just let me carry. Holy shit! They'll never know what hit them. Oh, I fucked up. I really fucked up. I got the Q and I skipped the smite. Holy shit, they just got cooked there. Vai, vai feels so strong. If you get a crit, like, you just one-shot people. I like this build so much. Yo, you guys should really play this. This is crazy. Let's go buy LDR and then let's buy IE next. We're finishing with Ai. Damn, like, just, just like so much power with your V. Now this is so much power. My God, look, you got to be shitting me. That, that was fucked. That was fucked for the enemies. Oh, you can't make that shit up. That was kind of fucked. That was kind of disturbing. Oh my goodness, I'm still— I'm shocked that that Aatrox just got melted like that. This shit's pretty strong, guys, I, I will admit to that. Why is the missile recalling here when we're all on the map? I guess the best— STP, okay, fair enough. I don't want to die here. I'm, I'm actually not even worth 1K gold. What the fuck? This Ambessa is just killing herself. Okay, it's really good. Sylas is killing himself. My entire team has lost it. I can grab all of his camps though, so I'm happy. When you do this to the enemy jungler, it's the most satisfying thing ever. Just take all their camps, especially when they're playing annoying-ass champions. It's one of the most satisfying things ever. All right, let's get 100% crit. We're gonna go for a shieldbow. Shieldbow on, on Bye! Feels so funny. Wait, I want to go kill this Aatrox, but I need to level up first to be max strength. He just used all of his Qs and his E. He's dead here. That was through Death's Dance, by the way. Just keep in mind, he had Death's Dance. Keep in mind, he had Death's Dance and played in steel caps. Oh my God, dude, this shit's broken. This shit's crazy, yo. Just Dude, I feel so strong. I feel like I'm on steroids right now or something. Like, this is kind of ridiculous. Nah, 100% crit chance Vi is so funny too, cuz her auto animation is so funny. That thing. Oh my God. But Vi actually likes Haste. 4 seconds? 5? Yeah, you reduce it by 1 full second and your R cooldown goes from— yeah, yeah, yeah, it has to be Essence Reaver. I'll be honest, if they didn't have that shaker box there, I'd be fine. I mean, we get 2 inhibs, maybe they won the Baron. It's fine. Our— our Ambessa is not even going to win that. Wow, okay, Twitch flash, but like, where's my Jhin, by the way? Oh good, I'll do the objective here. My teammate stalls. We got full info of these guys here. I think the Switch can lowkey kill me. Stop him. Nice hit. It's a little bit hard to end the game here. Teammates don't have teleport either, so it's a 3v3 mid. I don't think it's too good. Switches to Zhonya's, man. I kind of, kind of int though. Should be fine. I'm so full build. Like, do I just sell this and go for like Shieldbow? Is that good, guys? I mean, I mean, Shieldbow must be better than Collector, right? 10 lethality at this point, worthless. Let's get cracked! Can go play for this here. We found the pick. I mean, we are playing Vi, right? So although I like one-shot them with my combo, I also can make it really easy for my teammates to Jump the enemies. I'm a lot of the damage on the team here. Not good. I need to go to the wave here. These guys chase the Aatrox, it's huge. Chase the Sylas, I mean. Killing spree! An ally has been slain. Damn, robot is so fun, man. Robot So fun. Nah, this shit is so fucking good. They just lost the game. Yeah, you guys won the Baron. Yeah, you guys won the Dragon. Yeah, we got the Dragon, guys. Woo, we stole it. Yeah, you guys just fucking lost the game though. Bang, bang, bang! Auto, auto, auto, auto, auto! Holy shit, 25 kills first time! Lethality Vi crit or crit Vi, like, this shit was so fucking fun. If you guys want to play something that's an absolute banger right now, play this shit. You scream in lowercase italics, literally. All right, let's jump into another Lethality Vi game here. Today's game, this game right here is really hard. They have an Ornn, Xin Zhao, Yasuo, Shen, Seraphine's like killable. He also is killable, but the rest of the enemies— I really shouldn't be going this lethality crit buy, but I'm gonna do anyway to show you guys how it's done. Yeah, I fully believe that even though like hard compositions make the build worse or make, uh, the champion harder to play, I'm still gonna be able to have a good chance of winning because I'm gonna play a very strategic way, or I'm gonna avoid team fighting. If I team fight against the enemies we'll probably lose the game. So my goal is stay away, do not team fight, and we can probably win this game. Our team fight's not weak either. We have Olaf who can kind of run down their comp. Lissandra is good for pick, Ahri is good for pick, Senna has some damage. Essentially, Olaf can run this game over if he gets a lot of gold. If he doesn't get a lot of gold, it's also fine. We have a lot of playability with my pick potential, and we have a lot of AP damage too. So I think they're gonna buy some MR as well. With Season down the bot side, both junglers are clearing down towards the bot lane. Good for me to note, good for me to think about, because we are going to be fighting really hard on the bot crab. Xin Zhao's clear is a little bit faster than mine because I freaking inted. So I need to be careful. I'm gonna ping here, get this kill. Yes. Will I make it to this crab in time? I don't know. Bot conditions also don't seem too amazing. It's like even, but you see that wave is coming back into us. As long as I can make it to this crab on time, we have mid pressure. Yeah, this is good. Okay, we might be able to turn this into two crabs if I can take this crab and the other crab. Let's ping here, ping here. Wow, Vice clear is so slow, and like, why is first clear— holy shit, I'm a fucking slug. Um. No, I didn't get my Q cast off. Fuck. If I got my Q cast off, it's so good there. I mean, they should, they should get like fucked over. At least I get my tornado dirk. I was waiting for my passive to come up, but all things considered, that's a pretty good outcome. It's 2 for 1. The Xin Zhao doesn't get the crab, so we stop the Xin Zhao. I think it's gonna be even better than 2 for 1. Yeah, right, like we have the positional advantage because our Lissandra should be able to come first. Which is why I'm so confident we can win that. I also want this Lissandra to come here. I mean, it's fine. This Lissandra should be able to kill her. This is like a bit slow. Sloppy of a game, but I don't hate it necessarily because the Xin Zhao is also getting stopped. So both, both Xin Zhao and I are pretty depressed. Yeah, it's, it's not ideal, don't get me wrong, but it's not the end of the world because the Xin Zhao died a little later than me too. I have a bit better tempo than him. Let's look at this, see what he pulls out. See, there he is. So yeah, I have a bit better tempo than him, which means I can probably get the Spot Crab, which I'm happy with. At least I win one of the crabs. So I win that jungle war. Let's see this. Yeah, he's going to finish it. Look at the map, see when that's taken. He just finished. I'm already on my Raptor camp. I mean, technically, if my mid laner is really strong, which he might be, level— like leveling up here. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Then we can go play for the Raptor camp, cuz like, look at the mid condition, right? I've been playing from mid the whole time. Just fight this guy hard. Where's my Lissandra? Like, is my Lissandra ever going to go in and use ult or anything? This Lissandra is so scared of— I, I don't know what. I don't know what the Lissandra is so scared of, but dude, this Lissandra feels so dumb. It's not just like walking over wards. Like, what? You can fight through the Shen, the Seraphine, I guess. All right, the Sona gets all the kills here. It's all good. Sona gets 4 kills. Like, if the Sondra's useless this game, just fuck me, man. Oh good, we also won Xin Zhao's bot camps though, so I'm pretty happy. We're gonna go Gromp, we're gonna go Wolves, and we're just gonna full clear all the way towards the top side. The thing about this Vi build, the thing about any like high damage champion, if you want to be relevant, you need to play for gold and not just objectives. Objectives are great if you can naturally play for them, but in this game, because I have all my top camps respawning, I need to go ahead and clear all my camps first before I can think about this Dragon. Otherwise, I'm gonna be way too far behind. Also, this Xin Zhao can invade me and really cook my game. Okay, we almost have Hubris. We do have Hubris. We can look to take our top camps and then recall for Hubris. I don't think this Lissandra is very aware of what I need. She's just like playing for herself and like not really thinking about how she can enable like me. So I'm just gonna like kind of— I have to kind of be aware that this guy will not play with much awareness. I feel like his map awareness is really bad. This is a top kill we could play for. This guy's way too far up. Q's up in a little bit. This guy's just too strong. What the hell? That guy's just too fucking tanky. What the hell? That guy just lost his mind. That guy just made like a really shitty play into like a really good play, so I appreciate that, bro. Nice, we get this Xin Zhao pick as well. I can go grab my camps. It sucks we don't get the dragon, but at least we're like denying his entire top wave. Ah yes, TP. But we're still— we still got a top kill, so it's still good. And what we're going to do now is look to play with our Lissandra when Lissandra has ulti. Lissandra has Malignance for a reason. Hopefully Lissandra will Actually use ult this time around. We also want to play for the Grubs here, top side, and fight hard there. Put a point to our E so we do more damage with our, uh, one-shot Hail of Blades build. If you put a point into your W, it's good if you're like farming or bruiser style, but because we're going like full one-shot damage, this is a little bit better. Who needs a beatdown? Can fight this Xin Zhao. I have a Hubris. We should be able to just kill him, then we can kill this guy next. Beautiful. But killing that Xin Zhao first, cuz he's face checking into me, is the best play. And then we get the enemy Ornn as well. But yeah, you guys can see like this Hubris damage is kind of crazy. Like I just completely face— like just fucking face fucked him, bro. Like that guy could not do anything. Also with Void Grubs, guys, make sure you're last hitting the grub. You're not letting your teammates get the last hits because that's 30 gold for the person who kills the grub. So if you want your gold, you better be the one last hitting. Like, this Lissandra, bro, this Lissandra is just so bad. Like, you are just so bad, bro. You could bait, you could ult for yourself, you could ult him. Like, what are you doing? Like, why go Malignance if you don't want to ever use your ulti? Can go play for his top camps, maybe kill this Ornn one more time for, for fun. Beautiful. Another kill for us. We almost have our Collector then. In this case, we have like 3 grubs, so I'm going to get some plates here. I should be able to get that plate as well, and I can get the— my item from all this. I mean, this game is so screwed for them. Yo, please, please, will you use your ulti? He will. Okay, he'll go Finally, let's buy the Collector and then start one-shotting some people. Now anyone we— anyone we want to kill is just going to die. Like, we're going to blink and they're going to die. We're going to hit Q, full combo them, and they'll get one-shot. Wait, Xin Zhao's bot lane. He's not even taking my top camps. I thought Xin Zhao would be trying to take my top camps. This Xin Zhao is like a pacifist. What's going on? This Xin Zhao is not taking my top camps. So what have you been doing, bro? He's just dead again. Nah, they should just FF this game. I'm also like 10 CS per minute almost, like I'm like 9. Looking for this dragon now. I want to one-shot someone though. They're gonna FF before we can one-shot anyone. Okay, let's hunt the Seraphine. We have 5 seconds until they FF. All right, that's another good game though. Like, you guys saw the one shot on the Xin Zhao at least. Yeah, I think we're jumping to one more game here. All right guys, we're going to another crit lethality Vi game here. The Hail of Blades is so strong. I was thinking about it, why is it so strong? Because when you land your Q, you get an immediate auto attack, E, auto, and then you can E again. So it's like a 5-part combo. It's most of the time they're not going to live past your Q auto E and then like auto. But if they do for whatever reason, like the rest of your combo like ensures the kill, which is why this shit is like so strong actually. I highly suggest that like you actually give this build a shot. I mean, if the enemy team is full tanks, it might not be the best build in the world, but if they're not tanky, there's a lot of squishies. It's really, really, really fun and strong. I definitely look to play some of this. If you 14 gold, it's fine. I'm gonna— it's not okay, it's 14 gold, that's the full caster minion, and it's a lot of exp, but I have to let go sometimes. I realize this champion clear is way too slow, so if I bleed like any tempo on like wasted, wasted time like that, I'll be like too slow for the crab, and it makes the, the crab situation way worse. So I need to just be more cautious about my tempo. I need to line that up a little bit better. Zac has blue buff, so he's clearing down. I'm also clearing down, right? So I'm on my 4th camp, he's on his 4th camp. He has a blue buff, so we know that he's going to his red buff and his Krugs afterwards. So let's ping here. Bot trades look actually not that great for us, I'll be honest, because why is it that my Ezreal has no mana and that Seraphine support, that's weak. I mean, Camille over the Seraphine though. So we have like Camille pressure, so we should have bot control. If we have bot river control, we should be able to get this bot crab, and then after this bot crab, we can maybe go for the top crab as well. No way, no way this Ahri is going up there. I mean, it might actually work cuz I have Camille defending me here. It's warded in the top side. Okay, yeah, with Camille being here with me, can maybe go into the top side here. Yo, yo, yo, come, come, fuck, he might have Smite. Yeah, this guy just like— I bring my Camille with me, so I cook him here pretty hard. I had to flash on him to get the kill, and this guy barely lives. Oh nice, I can get him. Huge. And this should be respawning here. Now, I don't actually know if I could take this. I will get a ward though, because Zac died really early for this here. I'm not fully tracking tempo properly, so I need to just get the fuck out of here. I'm pretty sure that Zac is coming back really fast. I'm pretty sure Zac went over the wall here and just E'd over. And yeah, I would probably like, lose— like, I could lose a smite fight. I could lose the 1v1. There's just so many things that can go wrong. Zac is doing what now? Zac has 30— wait, what? I'm so confused. He has 36 CS and he's going to hover the Vayne. Oh my God, this is like Christmas or something. I'm just— I'm really glad I got that ward because now I can just play for his Raptor camp and win the game. I can still probably one-shot his Krugs here too, and then I can go gank the enemy bot lane with my Camille. Like, in a perfect world, I save my E's so I have them for the fight. So I'm gonna just do this here, and I'm gonna go down, play with my Camille. Oh, hello! What up, bro? Jinx might like run. E! Oh, it's not enough. That's all I could do there. I could just like E the wave. Holy shit, I don't even need Hubris. Think I got one-shot. That's the 5-part combo right there, right? Q auto W auto E— wait, Q auto E auto E ult. He's dead. Like, that's crazy. I don't even have Hubris yet, guys. Let's go to our top camps. We're going to clear down after here. Uh, after Hubris we can actually buy a Seraph's Draught too. This is just Oh my God, like, I want boots, but having this much lethality at this time— 28 lethality right now is just so broken. 28 lethality this early on to the game where people like don't have much armor. Like, look at this Vayne, 48, 41 armor. It's actually just ridiculous when you're— we have this much lethality. What we could do here if we really want to be aggressive is go invade his bot camps. The, the issue is my Ahri probably wants to recall, but I am so strong in isolation. That I think I could just fucking combo party anyone. So I'm gonna play for Ahri's like return. I'm gonna play, I'm gonna play my Camille as well. I have Sixth Sense as well, so I'll see. I think I can full combo one-shot this guy is the thing. See if he goes to his camp or not. Yes, he uses his E. Okay, he's fucking dead. I messed up there. I missed the smite. Actually, missing the smite, it was what saves him. Because I missed the smite, I saved his life. Holy shit, they're getting schooled right now. Okay, bro, they're actually getting fucking cooked. Yo, do we want to do something crazy? I think we do, I think we do. You can't do anything about that. Like, imagine being ADC, you come back to lane, you're full item, and it's like, oh, I just don't get to play the game though. Like, okay, sure. I got one item, like one and a half item. I mean, like 20 lethality. I'm telling you, it's 20 lethality at this time is just so broken. Like, he needs to play safer under the turrets. Like, that is so— he needs to play safe. Yeah, that is so true. Okay, this shit is really strong. Like, I, I'm not joking about how strong this is, and it's not like I'm playing in like super duper low elo. This is like still Masters, right? It's still above the average player base ELO, right? It's like one thing if I'm doing this in, you know, Gold. Like, I understand. But this is like Masters at least. These people are supposed to have some awareness, some ability to like do anything.
