A coach tells CEOs that Series A funding isn't enough. You need to tell a story about your product that's clear and emotionally true, or competitors will steal your market share while you're stuck explaining tactics.

Getting to a Series A is a significant accomplishment, but to grow beyond requires consistent and effective communication to the market. CEOs are failing at this problem because they tend to be focused more on tactics and details rather than telling a compelling story that will drive revenue and increase market share. This is where competitors come and eat your lunch if it's not done well. They think that their product or service will just sell itself, and the reality is that past successes are not an indication of future results. The one thing a CEO must know in order to succeed is how to expertly take complex topics, break them down into understandable parts, and make those parts resonate logically and emotionally with anyone they interact with. My mission is to help CEOs and founders articulate their vision so the market understands their value as clearly as they do.
