In this conversational excerpt from the Whole Revenue Summit 2025 video, Emily Asander (co‑founder & COO of Revallesco) recounts how a whale‑watching experience sparked the idea to create an event that elevates CEOs’ physiological and emotional states. The discussion highlights the difficulty CEOs face in finding authentic support, the importance of gathering high‑quality, curious leaders together to create an "alchemy" of connection, and the evolution of Revallesco’s "whole revenue strategy" into a "whole‑person, whole‑CEO" approach. Participants describe the summit’s content as spectacular, the atmosphere as open and humble, and note that many CEOs left emotionally moved, expressing a desire to become elite versions of themselves. Pete Crosby (CEO & co‑founder) and Emily close by affirming their commitment to setting up these inspired CEOs for success.

I would describe the experience as an awakening. The original inspiration for the event was actually when I went whale watching on my birthday last year, and we were so immersed in the ocean, and we had 50 pilot whales come up beside us. And I came back and I called Pete and I said, I feel so inspired by this incredible experience. It would be amazing if we could bring all of our clients here. elevate their physiological state to a state of inspiration, and then help them solve their most critical business challenges.
Being in a room with innovative, creative risk-takers who are out trying to push the edge of change, right? That thematically is what I'm most inspired by.
For CEOs and founders to find support is really, really difficult. They've got to put on a tough face to the rest of their business. a tough face to investors. So who do they go to for support?
It's the connections spending so much time together with a group of high-quality people allows that is the, you know, the alchemy of an event like this.
It's been enormously successful, and this idea of whole revenue strategy, which is something Emily and I have worked on for years, is becoming a lot more now about whole person, whole CEO.
The content has been spectacular. The people are wonderful, open, and humble, curious, and and interesting.
Yeah, I'm loving it. I'm very pleased that people had a wonderful experience.
This has been a journey for all of them. I've spoken to 3 CEOs in a row who are getting quite emotional, men and women, about the shifts that they've had.
And they want to be the best possible version of themselves. They want to be elite.

And I'm Pete Crosby, and I'm the CEO and co-founder of Revallesco.
