Peter Smanjak (speaker) introduces an introductory four-week gut health course, framing the gut as a central system whose balance affects overall health. He relates personal long-term gut problems (chronic burning) linked primarily to diet, emphasizes inflammation caused by foods/chemicals as a driver of disease, and previews session 1 (risk identification, testing, and weekly challenges to improve gut function).

Hey folks, Peter Smaniak here. Gut health, the engine room to life. How is that? Because you know when your gut is not well, there are so many things that are not well. So folks, during our introductory course on gut health, we're going to show you where you got to and how you got there. By looking back, we'll be able to know how to eliminate that. So once we know that, then it's easy. The problem is we don't know how to do that. So what we've done Now, I've spent 38, 38 years in looking after my health, exercising, being fit and all these things. But during that time, I also sat with a number of gut health issues. One of those issues was a burning gut for years and years. And what did I do? I ended up at the pharmacy buying over the counter medication or sometimes prescribed medication to be able to deal with that constant burn. But folks, that constant burn came about, about what I was putting in my mouth. Yes, stress factors, work, lifestyle, so many things also impact, but not as much as what I was putting into my mouth at that stage. And I can't tell you what it was because it was massive amounts of certain foods that I was eating. Why? Because it was for my training. They said if I train this way, I need to eat this way. And what I found is that is completely bull. It's not like that. What I've come to learn is I can eat completely different to optimize my gut health, to be able to perform in everything that I put my mind to do. And today I still continue training, exercising better than ever before. So folks, but where did all that come from? It all comes from creating this balance in this thing called the gut. And that's a system. It's not just the stomach or the small intestine or the large intestine, it's the whole digestive system. Now when you get that right, you're able, you're able to be able to experience health at another level. Why is that? Well, folks, in our course of four weeks only, you'll be able to change so many things. And if you can't change it, what you're going to do is you're going to have a roadmap on where to go. If you get on the weekly challenges with us, you will see each weekly challenge just builds on the other and by the end of the time, you would have changed things already in your gut. Now folks, these things don't happen overnight. Mine didn't happen overnight, it happened over months. To be able to Eliminate certain foods that, that we're creating this thing called inflammation in the body. Yes folks, inflammation. You think inflammation only comes about when you sprain your ankle or you hurt a muscle, then the muscle becomes inflamed to protect itself. No folks, this is inflammation when the body's taking something in. It could be medication, it could be a food, it could be a drink, it could be a chemical toxic that is within a drink that the body sees as a foreign invader and straight away it gets inflamed. This inflammation process doesn't just start in the mouth, it runs through the whole body because every organ. This is like a factory. When you walk in and you put the lights on in the morning and you're making widgets, this is like a factory, this gut system. When you're chewing, there are so many organs that are getting ready to digest this food that's coming along. But if you're putting chemicals in, what's it doing? It's getting ready to protect itself. And that's that inflammation that we do not want. That's the inflammation that actually causes the other diseases down the line, the cancers, the heart disease, the arthritis, osteoarthritis. Anything with TIS has got inflammation, reaming all over it. So folks, that's what we're going to be looking at. Session one. Session one is power packed with these, identifying these risks and being able to. There are various ways one, be able to look forward and say if I carry on now, what could happen to me in the future. But what we want to do is we actually want to test now where you are to be able to prevent what can happen in the future. And I promise you folks, what we've seen, the colon cancers of this world is not letting up. Every fight on cancer seems to lead to more of that cancer. Why is that? How does that work? With all the medication and pharmaceutical advances, it has not got better. One in three people are being taken from one of these conditions so far. So where does it start? It's not. Ultimately session one is all about introducing how you go about identifying what's happening, what's happening and what can happen. All related to your gut. It's amazing. It's an amazing world. When you really dig in and you go down the rabbit hole, you're going to discover so much for yourself. And what we are doing is we're taking out tens of thousands of, of research and bringing it to you in bite sized chunks. We know there's a lot of information out there, we know it's very confusing and very overwhelming. But one step at a time. Follow us. See this course and experience the difference. Experience the change in your own life. This is Peter Smanjak. Looking forward to seeing you online.
