A YouTube tutorial (by Peter Szabo) that outlines the internal SOP the presenter’s team uses to build high-converting Shopify stores. The speaker walks through example stores and highlights key on-page conversion elements — email pop-ups and exit popups, clean/premium branding, trust signals (as-seen-on, reviews with photos/videos), prominent HD product imagery and videos, top bars with promos or contact info, product feature/benefit sections, recommended related products, and a credible footer (address, email, social links). The video aims to teach viewers how to spot good vs. bad stores and what to model when building a client site.

Hey, welcome back. In this video I want to show you our internal teams SOP whenever they build sites for our clients. What it is exactly that we look at, what do we model and how a high convert and good looking site store should look like. Alright, so let's start with some examples. I put five here. Now once you look at these five and once I explain these different elements that go into them, you'll have pretty good eye to distinguish what's a good store and what's a bad one. So let me just kind of give you a high level look of what's here. So you're gonna start noticing there's some email pop ups, right? If you put your email, you're gonna get 10% off. When I exited the site, you saw the banner in the middle, that's called an exit pop. You see clean branding that can claim premium prices. There's a lot of trust elements as seen on TV reviews. If I scroll down there's a lot more reviews, especially with pictures, videos which add and build a lot of trust. Again, clean branding, it looks premium. You have a top bar, typically with a sale or a discount notification or free shipping, something like that, sometimes contact information. Again, it looks clean. You're gonna see many pictures, high definition pictures, alright, These are not low resolution, they're not pixelated. They look good, they look premium. Even over here you see many, many different pictures that are selling the product, demonstrating the product, showing the different ways it works, including video, which is always a good idea. Features, benefits people who bought similar products. Here, I'm going to talk about this too. And in a good looking footer that looks legit with address, email, social media, etc. Let me keep going again here. Clean branding. This could have more pictures. So also give you an example of what they could do better, right? It could have more pictures, it could have a video. There's going to be some underneath here, Quick features, benefits.
