This short YouTube transcript gives practical steps to recover from demotivation and regain momentum. The speaker recommends starting with journaling to gain clarity, using a memory-flipping process guided by three questions (how do I know this is a problem; how do I feel in my body; when did I first feel this), and then building positive momentum via replaying the flipped memory, affirmations, and vivid visualizations. The speaker also advises diagnosing and addressing the root cause to restore and increase momentum.

Great question. How do you deal with a period of demotivation and a loss of momentum? Depends, right? There's a few ways to do it. I would always recommend starting with journaling, right? Because clarity is a great first step. You know, clarity of understanding why this happened, how did this come up? What's the source behind it, how are things different? So I would just recommend doing a little bit of journaling. I think that would get you the first step, the clarity of the issue and the outcome. These are important questions to ask. What's the problem? What's the outcome? And then you could just go through the three golden questions that we have for memory flipping. How do I know this is a problem? How do I feel in my body, and when have I first felt this way in the past? Because maybe there's something beneath it, Maybe something was a trigger, Maybe some thing came up that makes you feel that way. And then you could just do the memory flipping process to turn it around and then start building positive momentum, right? How you build positive is you can either replay the new memory that you just flipped, you can throw in affirmations, visualizations, and they all set you up to create that momentum, to prime you, right? Anything you visualize vividly, right? In great detail, your brain and body cannot tell the difference. So that way you can kind of think about it as getting results in advance. If you visualize yourself winning or being on a roll, being on a momentum, that will help you perform better the next time, you know, that will help you build more momentum. And then you can also figure out, okay, what's the root cause? What caused me lose my momentum, lose my edge? And if you deal with that, you'll get it back and some more.
