A short YouTube monologue by Peter Szabo describing his personal experience with intermittent fasting and occasional use of keto. He endorses intermittent fasting as helpful for eating less and notes that prolonged fasts (around 24 hours) can trigger autophagy; he also cites Dr. Berg as an influential source and recommends consulting a doctor before trying it.

Do you have any experience on intermittent fasting? Yes, I do. I've done it in the past I've combined it with keto technically I'm doing a version of it right now too and yeah, it's great stuff. Highly recommended allows you to eat less. Well, depends on portion control. Right. You could totally eat the same calories if you just eat a bigger meal but yeah, it's a great thing. Great thing. If you do it long enough, like 24 hours, you can enter autophagy which your cells recycle themselves so it's a beautiful thing. I've listened a lot to Dr. Berg in the past still do sometimes and other, you know, doctors or medical people and he's got a lot of videos on intermittent fasting and keto and yeah, it's a great thing I don't do keto at the moment just the intermittent fasting to a degree and I would highly recommend it of course, you know, consult with your doctor, stuff like that. I can't give medical advice since I'm not a doctor but I've definitely enjoyed if.
