This YouTube video (Peter Szabo) explains a simple funnel tweak that swapped the order and presentation of a booking page and application using a Typeform-like Gravity Forms add-on called Last Form. The speaker demonstrates that replacing a long, survey-like application with a short, sequential, yes/no-style experience (consistency trigger) and then routing qualified respondents to scheduling dramatically improved outcomes. Reported effects include higher application completion, lower cost-per-call, and large increases in conversions; the video also covers implementation steps (WordPress → Gravity Forms → Last Form), conditional disqualification logic, and a downsell flow.

Hey there. So in this video, I'm gonna explain the last form plugin, right? So if you're a high ticket coach consultant, you're running some sort of Wesl webinar funnel. This is gonna make perfect sense to you, or at least I hope it will. So let me show you what I used to run before and what I run right now. Just need to pull up the links real quick. Okay. Just looking for the apply page. Yep, it's going to be in the next page here. Okay, should be this one. All right, so apply all. As you can see, this is what I used to run traffic to. So I myself used to have a webinar funnel through stealth seminar, used to do VSLs, and I still do. And in essence, here's what I used to have. So right now, by the way, the ads are paused as we are right now overflowing with leads. So we literally had a couple people right now that couldn't book because there were just too many people reaching out. But it wasn't always like this. And one of the key lessons is going to be learned in this video. One of the key changes that I made because before that, my calendar used to be wide open, but never again. So what I used to do before that is once people watch my VSL or webinar, they were sent to this page. They could select their time, schedule a call, and once they've done that, they would have been transferred right here. They had to fill out this application, which is decent in length. It's a very simple application. And then they landed on a thank you page. Now for now, that's irrelevant. Now even this application page used to be much worse. I used to have many more questions. I used to have these long forms site wide. So ever since I changed up the design and made it look clean, you know, cleaned up the questions and made the forms look tiny, my conversions increased. But here's a problem. I mean, I was getting calls booked for a decent cost, maybe, maybe roughly, you know, 60, $70. And then people ended here. Now the problem was that a lot of these people didn't actually fill out the application. Maybe, maybe 30, 40% never actually fill this. Thus they never landed on a thank you page. And even though they had booked a session already, these people usually didn't show up. They didn't fill the application. 99% of the time, they never actually showed up. So, you know, my calendar was getting full, I was getting half applications and I thought I was doing good. You know, I counted the numbers. I'm paying only 70 bucks per call. But if I actually added up the no shows and the half applications, I wasn't doing so well. So one day I had to make a change. So I found this plugin called Last Form. Let me just show you the plugin and I'm gonna show you Gravity Forms as well. So a lot of the people, when they send people to the application page, right? So call this one for the application page and this is the booking page. Okay. For the application page they usually use Gravity Forms or vufu. Right? So what I've done is I still stick to my Wufoo form. Matter of fact, this right here is almost the exact copy of this application page. I just really changed up the design. So this last from plugin is literally, well, roughly 20 bucks. It's brand new and it's essentially a copy of Typeform. Right? So Typeform is a subscription. It's quite expensive. You're paying like €150amonth or slightly more dollars for the same thing you get for 20 bucks one time. So what I've done, let me just kind of give you an intro. So when people actually land on this page, this is what they see. After the vsl, they get a really high level, good designed kind of experience. So what I've done here is really leveraged the human trigger, which is consistency. People are more likely to do a small favor for you and once they build a momentum, they are more likely to answer in a questions and take tougher actions. So as you can see, I start with a very simple question. Are you currently running profitable Facebook ad campaigns? You know, there's nothing confidential about it. It's a simple yes or no. You know, there's no friction. Literally, people, all they have to click is yes or no. They don't need to think right then which one describes you best? Once again, it's not as if they were revealing their Social Security number. It's very simple, very straightforward, you know, which one? Are you out of these? So let's say I'm a service provider, right? What's your main goal? Increase funnel conversions. Grow my email list. So now we get a little bit into tough questions, right? So so far it was very simple, very vague. But now we're going to ask them, how much did you spend on marketing last month? But we've already had them answer three questions. So they don't want to just leave and let it be because they had already taken some sort of action, right? So that's the idea behind it. So they answer, you know, let's say they answer this question now. Now we go into the tough question, right? What is your total monthly income? People don't like to answer these questions, but we still need to have it on file if we're going to do the sales call, right? So let's say they select the answer. This is very important as well. They're making a commitment to actually. Well, first of all, before a commitment, we are getting to know if they have the marketing budget or not. So I'll explain more about that as well. So let's just say yep. And are you going to show up on time? We are getting them to commit and make a promise. Yep, promise. They put in their name, put in their email, click on submit, and then they are taken to a page where they can schedule the session. So in essence, what I've done is just switch up these two pages. You know, it's the same process. So I still get the same application, I still get the same booking, right? But essentially, because this is new, nobody does it. The design looks phenomenal and it leverages, you know, the human psychological trigger consistency so much. It works much better. So actually, the day I made the shift, my conversions literally tripled, right? So I was getting calls for like 300% cheaper, which is just amazing. You know, maybe in the past I used to pay 70 bucks for a call and, and now I could literally pay, you know, 20, 25, $30 per call. So when you get results like that, your entire business explodes. I mean, you can grow three times that fast. And the only slight change was literally changing this. So how did I discover this? Well, first of all, I tracked, you know, I used heap analytics or you can use Google Analytics, you can use improvely, and you're gonna see, you know, how many people land on this page and I'm gonna leave. So the way I discovered this is essentially I tracked this page and I saw that only 17% of these people that land on this page actually landed on the application page. So what that means is if a hundred people actually clicked on the apply link in my VSL or webinar and then landed on this page, only 17 of those hundred people actually booked a session and landed on the application page. And then a small portion, maybe like 70%, actually landed on a thank you page out of these people, right? So you see, and I saw that there was a huge drop off at, you know, the apply page. And the reason behind that, because everybody nowadays, if you're a coach or consultant, service provider, everybody nowadays uses the same formula, you know, uses the Same booking pages, scheduling pages. Because I know a lot of these mentors that teach this, you know, Kevin nations, maybe Russ Ruffino, Oliver Talamaya. And there's a lot of people that teach the same stuff. And I had the privilege and chance to work with a lot of these guys. So, you know, even some ovens, like even the JV deals with some of these very high level people. So I know exactly what's going on behind the scenes. But if you look at this stuff from a point of view of a customer or a potential customer, you know, they get bombarded with the same ads, the same webinars, the same promises every single day. And that's been happening for the past two years. So when they watch a webinar and they see the same, you know, scheduling page, the same application, the same application with the same questions that they've seen five times, the biggest problem is immunity. They become immune to it. They see their immediate level of skepticism rises and they just leave. You know, another thing is the so called discovery call or strategy session, right? People are becoming immune to those words. People know that it's, you know, it's a disguised sales call. So I still use the word strategy session, but I added Facebook ads strategy session to set myself apart. It's a tiny difference, obviously, but it makes all the difference. It's all these tiny differences combined that can make or break your business. So it's a tiny thing, but trust me, implementing this change can literally double your business overnight because it did it for me, right? So one of the things that I can suggest is if you are calling your call a strategy session, a discovery call, a consultation, rename it right now, give it a cool name, you know, business growth session, whatever, give it a cool name. Stand out because if people see the same old shit, they are going to ignore it. And like I said, they are immune to that stuff. Like their BS alarm is just ringing. They seen it over and over. They are going to be very skeptical. They're going to be like, I've seen this before, I've been scammed in the past, I'm not going to do it. Right? So that's why this works so well. And it actually doesn't end there. So in gravity forms you can use conditional logic. So if I just go back here, last form, you're gonna see that over here. I had a couple questions. After my call, I will be able to implement a suggestion as I have the marketing budget required or I don't have any resources at all and I cannot afford paid ads at this moment and are going to show up on time. Yes, promised no disqualifies application. So that's kind of interesting, isn't it? So what I do, if people select either that they don't, don't have any marketing budget or that they are not going to show up on time, here's what happens. I send them to a page that says granted access granted. So they still think that their application passed through, but Instead it's a 5 minute PSL. Don't even think about running highly profitable Facebook. Alright? So it's a VSL and it downsells them to my membership site at $47 a month. So look, the idea behind this like, well, let me start here. Even the vsl, I mean if you look at it, it's literally a time lapse of New York. And I just read the VSL script and I just got subtitles. So they can kind of experience both, you know, the beauty of New York, then also see the text because it's proven to convert. So if you just look at my stuff, my funnels, you know, my pages, my VSLs, everything that I do is a little bit revolutionary. Now obviously not to put myself on a pedestal, but my point is when others zag, you need to zig. Or when others zig, you need to zag. Right? So if you keep doing whatever what everybody else is doing, you'll just be noise, you'll, you won't stand out. And it's very hard to actually compete with other guys. This was one of the key lessons that I had to learn because a lot of these guys, your mentors maybe have resources that new guys simply don't have. It could be an email list, it could be the Facebook pixel is seasoned. They have simply testimonials and case studies that you don't have yet. And if you kind of enter the same market or a similar market, it is very hard to compete with guys unless you really stand out. So what I'm saying here is not to ignore proven principles. Stick with what works, do what works, but do it better. All right? That's when the extra edge comes in. That's where you go the extra mile. So whether that's actually going an extra mile in customer support or creating beautiful looking VSLs, right? Or having simply a better experience with, you know, your application page. So this is something that I saw for one of our clients and it's the same wufu form. Like it's long. It feels like a survey. People don't want to fill this out, you know, it's not appealing, but when people actually start filling these out. Let me just go back here. You know, it starts with a simple yes or no question. Like it's not rocket science, it's easy. So people have no issues with such forms, right? So how to actually implement it. Sorry for rambling so much as I just really needed to make my point. So first you're gonna need Gravity forms, right? It's 39 bucks. And then you're gonna get last form. It's literally like 20 bucks. What you're gonna do next is just go inside WordPress. So keep in mind these are WordPress plugins. So you're gonna need a WordPress site. You're gonna install Gravity Forms first, okay? You're gonna have the forms here. You, you're gonna actually need a read license. You're gonna create, you know, the form and finally you're going to install Last form. So last form is not a standalone plugin, it's an add on for Gravity Forms, right? And the end result is going to be beautiful looking forms that actually convert at a much higher level. And so let me know if you have any questions. And also one last thing, if you're, you know, the business owner, you're the coach consultant, I highly recommend that you do not do this on your own. What I would do instead is just send this video to a guy on Fiverr or maybe upwork and outsource this. You know, you can outsource this inexpensively. There's people that actually know and understand Gravity Forms. So just kind of send in this video, explain them that you want to convert your existing application into a last form application now. Also one more thing, when you actually look and go through your own application, make sure that there's no extra questions. Like my stuff right here. You see, it's only, only what I really need. It's only the meat, right? So what I would highly suggest is you just model mine. You know, start with the same yes or no, you know, answer. So thanks for watching and have a good day.
