Hi, my name is Emmanuel. I would start saying that I always consider myself quite lucky. At the same time, I'm always interested in getting better, understanding and improving myself. So I got inspired by Peter Sabo's message and I decided to join his course. I really enjoyed the memory flipping technique as it helps you disconnect the emotion from the past experience and I found it very helpful for some bad memories. I would really recommend the course to my friends because I think it's well put together, it's easy to follow, and as well as you can do it at your own pace and you can come back to it, there's always something to work on, so it's well structured and really helping. Thank you very much for the course.
