Transcript of a short YouTube segment by Peter Szabo describing a client case study that combines e-commerce with education/coaching. He reports the agency has spent $111,000 on ads for this client with reported 4× return on ad spend (over $400,000 revenue), describes lead-gen campaigns feeding high-margin e‑commerce (supplements, apparel, equipment) and subscriptions, and notes opportunities to improve CTR and lower CPC.

Hey, welcome back. This is Peter Szabo and I want to show you an interesting case study where clients not only do an E. Com but also education. So it's an interesting mix. To date, we've spent over 111,000. Now, I can't show you the back end because they're using stripe, different processors we don't have access to. But from what they've reported to me, they've had a 4x so far. So this has turned into over $400,000. A lot of these campaigns that they're running, they're running lead campaigns, right? So they're gathering leads and then they sell them into their workout programs and subscriptions, stuff like that. And then it's really smart. They have a backend of different supplements, workout accessories, workout equipment, apparel, et cetera that they sell on the E Comm side. And they make really high margin profits. They're branded, they're charging a premium, they're part of a tribe. They're getting educated, coached. So that's one of the reason they're doing so well. You see, this campaign's been over 10k, 40k. Now, I wish I could show you the back and stripe numbers to show you the roas as well. However, it's basic logic, right? If they spent 111,000 so far, they must be profitable, otherwise they wouldn't be spending it again. From what I've heard, it is a 4x. And then just these are some of the campaigns they're running. We want to work on some of these campaigns because the CTR could be better. Thus we'll bring down the cpc, the cost per click, but overall it's a solid campaign and a 4X is certainly not bad. So I'll see you in the next one.
