Peter Szabo recounts paying for and insisting on attending a high-value mastermind in Dallas at age 17 despite parental objections and insufficient funds. After hustling and securing a last-minute $9,000 purchaser who paid by card, he used the proceeds to travel, met influential people, but the buyer never engaged afterward. The video urges viewers to take committed, risky leaps of faith ("jump off the cliff and build wings on the way down") and to prioritize proximity to successful people as transformative.

So I already paid ten grand to this guy to go to his mastermind in Dallas, Texas, at 17 years old. But there is one problem. Hey, this is Peter Szabo. And I remember when I was invited to this Mastermind. Keep in mind, I already paid the money. I asked my mom roughly a month before the event, and I asked her, can I go to America to this Mastermind? You know, I was very convinced I have to be there. I made a promise to myself, my mentor, and I knew that there's something about proximity. Like, you got to be in person, and in the room with millionaires, there's gonna be a guy worth half a billion. Like, is there a room to be in? And, you know, my parents are the type of people who like to put off things until we forget about it. So a week before the event, I asked my mom, can I go to America, please? And she stops, she starts to cry, and she tells me that, I love you, son, but I'm not gonna let my only child travel to the other side of the world at 17 by himself. It's just not happening. And guess what? I did. Okay, mom, I'm bringing you in. That too. There's only one problem. I did not have an extra five grand laying around for like last minute plane tickets in hotels. You know, keep in mind, I already paid pretty much all I had to this mentor at that time. So it was like a week out, and you name it, like, I did it. Like, I started to hustle, I started to manifest this money. Like, I tried every trick in the game. Like, I had to find a way and check this out. So like two, three days before the event, this guy from Dubai shows up. I make him the offer. It's going to be $9,000. Would you like to use Visa or MasterCard? And then there's a sentence I heard that I've never, ever heard before, and it says, oh, that's pretty cheap. Let's do Visa. No objections, no payment plans, no discounts, nothing. This guy was just full in, all in, and he paid in full upfront. So I used that money, I took my parents to America. I completely changed my life. I met some incredible smart people that I later did JV deals with. It was just life changing. And here's the kicker. I come home and I messaged this guy like, okay, let's get started. You know, you purchased this coaching package from me. Let's get going. I text him, I call him, I message him, and no response. And now it's been like two, three years. And I Still have not heard back from this dude. So the message behind this video is, listen, if you are committed, the universe, or God or whatever you want to call it, will conspire for you and move mountains for you to make it happen. If you are really, truly committed, if you're all in, you will find a way. And I want to leave you with one quote. Is it supposed to be safe not to follow your passion? Is it supposed to be safe not to do what you really know you should do? I dare you to think differently. I dare you to do the scary thing. Because unless you do so, you'll never really bridge the gap. You'll never really make that leap of faith. You know, I've heard a lot of entrepreneurs talk about this. One of them, Tony Robbins, There's a metaphor they say, just jump off the cliff and then build the wings on the way down. That's what entrepreneurs do. Or another quote by Tony, I love it, is if you want to take the island, burned the fucking boats. And I realized that's what I did. There was no looking back. It was do or die. And before that, I was struggling. My business was kind of stuck in limbo for years. And until I made that insane leap of faith and that commitment to myself, my mentor and my parents and my future, nothing really changed. But when I made that leap of faith, things changed dramatically. This is Peter Sabo. And I really hope that this sparks that flame within you, that, yes, this things are possible and, yes, things are sometimes scary. But remember, do whatever it takes.
