The 4 Key Facebook Ads Mistakes (And How To Fix Them)

A YouTube video by Peter Szabo ("The 4 Key Facebook Ads Mistakes (And How To Fix Them)") that gives practical advice for Facebook advertising and promotes his coaching/services. Peter outlines core beginner mistakes: making emotional (vs. data-driven) decisions, trying to sell immediately instead of promoting the next step/value on a social platform, and over-focusing on bidding/technical setup versus deeper positioning, offer, funnel and market fit. The video then presents multiple testimonials (AJ Mirzad, Mikel Dia, Mike Duleb, Josh Korpel, Chris) claiming strong ROI from Peter’s advice and services, and offers a free coaching/strategy call.

Hey, this is Peter Szabo from Petersabo Co. And today I just want to talk about three things that people usually mess up when it comes to Facebook ads. Now these are beginner mistakes, but even some advanced people can mess it up. Number one, emotional decision making. So I understand that you're spending a bunch of money, you're hoping to get a return, especially if you're high ticket. Because if you're high ticket, you need to spend more money to get even more money out. Hope that makes sense. So, so people are spending money. You know, I've got some clients spending over a thousand dollars a day and I understand when it's not working, it can get scary. You know, you're wasting and burning thousands of dollars per day, per week. So the first idea is to make decisions based on data rather than drama. I understand if there's a fluctuation and maybe for three days, you don't get a sales call, you tend to freak out. Even I freak out. But you have to control it, keep it very logical. Because Facebook ads is about mathematics. You know, it's all pure logic. There's no emotions in there and it shouldn't be any emotions because a lot of people, when they see these fluctuations, turn off the campaign and it's dead. Even though it was a potential winner. Number two is only selling the next step of the process. So what I mean by that, a lot of people jump on Facebook ads and they try to sell immediately they come there, no idea about a sales funnel. They just want to sell. The point of Facebook ads is to create social posts. Think about the platform. The nature of the platform is social. People don't wake up in the morning, credit card in hand, going to Facebook with the question in their mind, what am I going to buy? That is not Amazon, that is not ebay. This is Facebook. To be successful with Facebook ads, you need to provide value. You need to be unique. You need to post something shareable and because that's what's going to bring home the bacon. Number three, bidding strategies, campaign objectives, how you separate the campaign, how you set it up. All these things are only 10% of the equation. Think about it. A lot of people know how Facebook ads work, a lot of people know these strategies. But what's really going to make or break your campaign, especially long term, is the psychology, the positioning, the stuff under the sea. Alright? It's the, you know, these things that I mentioned. Initially, it's only the tip of the iceberg. That's only 10% of the equation. 90% below it is actually the deep mindset, the way you position yourself, the funnel that you choose, the market segment that you're in, the offer that you have, that's really what's gonna make or break your business. Look, if your offer is not good, if you're in the wrong market, if your funnel is not converting, your Facebook ads can be the best in the world, but unless you get those things dialed in, it's not gonna work. Zooming in on your area of mastery. So many people come to me and they're all over the place. You know, they spread themselves too thin and they wonder why it's not working. They try to do the customer support, they try to do the sales calls, they try to build a funnel, they try to bring the traffic, they try to do organic posts. It doesn't work like that. I understand that some of you might be in the early stages of growing the business and you need to do a lot of things yourself. But eventually, if you really want to make this business, number one, enjoyable, number two, profitable, and number three, scalable, you're going to need to outsource. Especially if you can find experts who can guarantee results, who can get you better results than yourself faster. You need to find those people, invest the time in finding those people, invest the effort and money in hiring those people, and so they can make your life and business easier. Thank you for watching this video. I hope these four tips can make the difference in your Facebook ad campaigns. And if it helped, just shoot me a message. I'd be happy to hear you out. Cheers.
